It's too high so it hangs off the transparent blue rectangle --> I would scoot the hobbies/interests text in a little so you can move her photo down. And maybe make the opaque blue rectangle narrower you don't get that lonely strip of blue to the right of her photo. Also, white >>> light pink for the main background. There's a lot of guide about color harmony on the internet if you want to look it up, or you can just browse for common color combinations that works 2. The jagged text can easily be changed by changing your anti aliasing setting. Click on your text, look at the bar on top, below the menu bar and there will be a drop down menu with "aa" icon next to it. That's anti aliasing setting. Click on the drop down and choose what looks the most suitable for your needs. 3. Try centering your assets more to give your op design a neater appearance. You can use rulers as your guide.
