It's about a group of five guys going to a highscool, one part of it is for females only and the other part for males only, and every rainy day, they transform into girls. I do have a recommendation but it's really really dark and realistic with a lot of points. It's called "Deep Love" and it's a series of characters with multiple point of views and time periods.
