I want to say her name Nihao (but that's like how you hello in Mandarin, so I'm pretty sure I'm wrong). I feel like she was biege or brown or like a cat color. And maybe she wore a pink bow (or maybe that's the cat from The Aristocat's). And she was like always walking on top of the fences. It was on PBS in the US.
