Um, it honestly breaks my heart that this is the side that people who don't know 5sos sees...

(It also breaks my heart that I still invest a good amount of time on them although knowing some of that info on there is not entirely false.)

 

I'm not defending them, but I think their dedicated side towards the fans outweighs the not-so-hot sightings of them.

They can't be happy 24/7 and their career is 24/7.

Groupies, it's whatever cause boys will be boys. Esp. at that age.

Throwing away fan gifts, fine. I know they can't keep everything. I mean, everyone has thrown away birthday/Christmas presents... 

 

But those tweets of those butthurt fans?? Dude, those girls are fucking crazy. They're so overly sensitive. I really can't trust fan accounts of girls' whose mental state is seriously unstable. Plus they're like, 14. So the sources are really unreliable.

 

 

What's your opinion?

 

And I think it's ridiculous that people are questioning why they have fans when their faces are fug. The guys are funny and entertaining, you just haven't gotten to know/aren't even going to try to know them cause they're not K-Pop! They are just as fangirl worthy except the choreography. They act like their oppars are squeaky clean just cause their trash doesn't get exposed (and hidden by their fan cafes) as cleanly as Western acts do.

My heart was broken last month when the whole groupie thing came up.   Don't even know who to trust cuz twitter is full of bullshit and young, unstable fangirls aren't reliable. I'm definitely not as invested as I was before though.

 

But Luke is too precious to abandon and they have great chemistry/humor as a band...

Seems like the fans that are butthurt are the ones that invest their whole lives into these boys (tweeting them 20,000x a day, using all their money on gas to chase the tour bus). I mean, why would you stalk a stranger's house/hotel and expect him to be nice to you. At least they waved at us when we waited outside of the venue...

 

I would rather know the dirt on any band than live in oblivion. It saved me $300+ on VIP tickets... And as much as I love 5SOS, I don't wanna be in close proximity of them if they actually turn out to be jerks.
