I feel like maybe her demeanor also adds to the factor, she just gives off a very positive and youthful aura to me personally which is partially why I also thought she was younger. I'm not saying she isn't youthful or positive, I'm saying she's not that different from at least the 60ish-year-old people I know. Maybe I just have some really youthful people around me.
