really really recommend you all to read KINGDOM (esp. for those who enjoy long adventure action-packed manga)

seriously like it's SO good and i'm upset not many people have read this masterpiece rlytearpls.png rlytearpls.png

it's a weekly seinen manga and comes from the same magazine as tokyo ghoul:re fyi

kinda similar with berserk because of all the war battles and monarchy states political stuff

the manga is still ongoing with 500-ish chapters (meaning plenty of materials)

+ i spent like 4-5 days with barely any sleep to read all of this in one go HAVE NOT REGRET IT ONE BIT datassplz.png

AND if you're still not convinced yet .... this manga was actually the third top-selling manga in Japan by series last year

so there you have it folks studmuffinplz.png

Goth Something I read a long long while ago, I can't even remember much of it but I do remember thinking "Whoah..." and recommending it to everyone I know.

Can someone recommend me some shoujo/josei mangas? Preferably slice of life/romance.

Machida-kun no Sekai Shoujo-ish Slice of Life? I love the soft and magical tone to it. And Machida-kun is definitely cool.

Also, everything by Sahara Mizu

Something similar to Sket Dance ?

Well, Gintama definitely.

Koi dano Ai dano

More a shoujo but it similarly is focused on club's activities and school politics and plus, Naedoko is an awesome observer protagonist. Definitely recommend reading the prequel Warau Kanako-sama, less shoujo-ish, first though.

Yankee to Megane-kun Whoops, it's actually Yankee-kun to Megane-chan

Hi guys ^^

Looking for some new manga recommendations. I would prefer if it was completed and with decent art. However, if the plot is interesting enough, I'll let is pass. I'm pretty open to any genre so feel free to suggest a wide variety :)

You can also assume that I've read the really popular ones or have atleast tried to read (e.g. Naruto, Death Note, Vampire Knight, Ouran High School Host Club).

Here are some mangas that I've read in the past or am reading currently. I also recommend them if you haven't read them.

- 7 seeds

- Liar Game

- Skip Beat

- Tomodachi Game

- Code Breaker

- Gentleman's Alliance Cross

- Marmalade Boy

- Basara

- Arisa

Thank you ~ <3

I haven't read manga since a while but I'll help to answer the thread huehue

For psychological manga, I really really recommend:

  • LIFE
  • Battle Royale like this is one of the best manga I have ever read in my life, not suitable for fans who prioritize art beyond plot
  • Tokyo Ghoul and Tokyo Ghoul:Re
  • Funouhan
  • Attack on Titan
  • Some of Nakamura Asumiko manga that are not yaoi
  • Pupa, the anime sucks but i love the manga

For yaoi manga/doujin, I recommend:

  • All manga/doujin by Psyche Delico
  • Killing Stalking (this is a webtoon but yeah)
  • CUT
  • Mother's Spirit, a little bit bara
  • Bokura no Negai
  • Finder
  • Sagatte Omachi Kudasai
  • Doushitemo Furetakunai
  • All manga/doujin by Zaria

For an anti-mainstream manga, there is Uzumaki by Junji Ito. Everything made by this author is just beyond human's imagination.

Can anyone recommand me a Drama manga that can bring out tears for me?

ReLIFE is for you ilikeitplz.png  it's still ongoing but I believe there's only a couple of chapters left until completion (it's weekly updated)

if you like oldies, Fruits Basket was the manga that always had me in tears

for a Kingdom setting you can read Reimei no Arcana. same as Fruits Basket it's about a tragic heroine.

can someone recommend me some titles that are similar to Superior? it's a story about a hero and (female)demon king exploring together whilst the demon king hides her identity

Pochi Kuro is hilarious. It's an enjoyable read, the only other comed manga that I laughed with outside of Gintama, and I recommend it!

I would like to recommend some manga which MangaHelpers has been published to buy digital in a legal way.
More amazing manga titles are coming up any kind of genre, shojo, BL, shounen. Please look forward to it.
Anyway here is the summary and the 4 manga titles which you already can buy :D

Thanks to the support of many fans, MangaHelpers were able to team up with a major Japanese publisher named amucomi. That has agreed to let MangaHelpers help localize and publish their titles. MangaHelpers  been involved the entire process. From localization, to marketing to getting the manga on various platforms.
All on the legal way, and all digital, each release will be published as an e-book on Amazon and other platforms.

MangaHelpers  also partnered up with
GlobalComix who also helped MangaHelpers. Without their help, MangaHelpers  wouldn't be where it is now.

GlobalComix  created an incredible new web service and MangaHelpers using this opportunity to help kick it off.

MangaHelpers told
amucomi that there's a need for professionally localized content.
Content where those involved get paid - and it's no longer, just by fans. But fans with benefits .
And right now
amucomi take's a chance to trust MangaHelpers

You can find more about this project in this
news post
You can find the new forum featuring the manga we've
already localized.

Read this
thread to find out how you can help!

Unlock more free manga by helping share / like the manga found
here too.

Published series so far:

[boysLove] My Childhood Friend... with Benefits!

[shojo] The Love Lesson's in Session

[shojo] Tonight My Sister and I...

[boysLove] Mr. Sakashita's Tough Love

Series can be bought at Amazon and be paid read at GlobalComix.
