SIXTEEN -> Produce 101 -> IOI -> Unnies.. Nation's Center Jeon Somi's remarkable career so far..

In a way, I feel kinda bad for Somi. Sixteen seemed tough as heck. And then to go through a WHOLE other survival show, and although she did win and promote with IOI, that was only for a year. The rest of the girls have gone onto new groups, and Somi's just kind of in a limbo stage. Like there's the whole, grasping the opportunities when you have them vs overexposure... The fact that she hasn't had her proper debut yet even though the public already knows her + there are always going to be newer faces in this fast-moving industry. Must be stressful for her.

Good luck to Somi, I hope she debuts this very soon. It would be an absolute waste to let someone like Somi slip through the cracks because of bad management or something. <3

i dont feel bad for somi, because she has her own path. beside she got all those international cf individually and all those jobs.

If she's in a group people will act like JYP only promote somi and neglecting other in group. although the truth she will always get job whether alone or in a group. the same happen to ioi girls, some people act like company only push ioi members. sigh.

JYP should start integrating her into the new gg if they haven't done so already.

I think she's got a great situation. She got to be in IOI and promote. She currently gets to enjoy going to school and work every now and then. A lot of idols that debut young say they wish they could have spent their teenage years doing normal stuff and she gets to do that. And if she's put into the group she can continue being an idol again.
