This honestly isn't a bad idea; a place to enjoy some sodas, dance to music, kick back with your friends without any of the BODY DAMAGING ALCOHOL OR DRUGS. I mean well-to-do teens do this anyway, just in some random spot like a school gazebo or the beach or sumn. But no. No matter how young, you always have the ones (the MAJORITY) who must get drunk, must get high and must have sex or else it isn't "fun" enough. That's honestly pathetic.
