People like Guido A'arezzo (who revolutionized history of music by inventing music notation - also, the oppa in the first pic), Leonin and Perotin (they revolutionized music by developing rhythmic modes - oppas on the second and third pic) and Franco of Cologne (who, again, revolutionized music by inventing the Franconian notation - the beautiful oppa in the last pic *he is the one in the santa hat*) were already changing the music world and transforming it into a even bigger deal than it already was by working their asses off so everyone would be able to read and make music.

Music became more accessible and easier to pass it on by paper and not by ear, and they really changed the game for everyone.

Your oppas have achieved amazing things around the world but you should show respect to those that paved the way for them to be able to even draw a note in a paper and play it in whatever instrument. In fact, y'all are being super embarrassing by forgetting those that truly changed the game and just fight over acts that debuted in the last couple of decades. Forgetting those that revolutionized music is really rude and not funny at all, nothing hilarious about this at all!

Now! Educate yourself and show some respect to your Oppas & Unnies elders!

All of you are freaking embarrassing, I swear!

Wow you're right. amgplz.png I've been a shameless fool. I've gotta start mentioning the true pioneers of music all the time when I talk about my faves. This is the way to show respect

You've educated yourself, good! Now, every time your fave achieves anything remember to make sure to always mention their TRUE sunbaes and also to mention that they could not possible be where they are now without them, so their achievements actually mean nothing because A'arezzo made it all possible!

You truly went for the originals, don't you? laugh.png  Well done OP chuplz.png

Of course! I could not stand the disrespect any longer! If we are going to talk about respect, let's respect the right people!

Gregorian chanters sunbaenims paved the way

Ugh! NO! Gregorian chanters had to teach their music by ear to the little, poor dudes, that were castrated to make sure they sounded like little boys forever *or until they died because people were kinda bad at medicine back then*, so they would've stayed local forever if it wasn't for A'arezzo, he was the one that truly revolutionized everything! And let's not forget that if it wasn't for Augustine of Hippo, the one that described the first responsorial singing of a Gradual psalm at Mas, the 'Gregorian Chanters' would've never even existed much less be able to pave the way!

So, NO! Ok? You don't get to come here saying 'Gregorian Chanters' did this or that!

images?q=tbn:ANd9GcThQHIY-oCbuTuke69m1ry

Beethoven, that totally deaf dude, would've never be able to read or write his music if it wasn't for A'arezzo!

And, Mozart has waay better discography, or compositions, than Beethoven and Bach is a WAY better composer than the deaf dude, if people just stoped sleeping on his music!

How can you say that when Big Bang is the sunbaenim of the whole universe

Debatable. As far as we know, yes the initial singularity that was the Big Bang is what made this whole universe possible, and by the RULES OF THE TRUEST RESPECT should be respected BY ALL, there is no proof that nothing came first or made the Big Bang possible. We still do not know if there was a bigger universe that got separeted and created a new universe or if our universe is in a cycle of expanding and contracting and if yes, that would mean that before the initial singularity happened the universe was already a universe.

So, until you bring me the recites that PROVE that there was nothing before the initial singularity that was the Big Bang, I'll keep on saying that A'arezzo was the truest person needed to be respected here and y'all should stop trying to find other people to respect!

Impossible!!! Arezzo local amgplz.png

HOW? How was he local when EVERYONE in the world (an by world I mean mostly Europe, but who cares about the rest, right?!) knew who he was and literally studied him and his teachings for years! And how could he be local when wight now, all around the world (this time I truly mean the whole thing) uses the notations that HE developed to make music?! Ever saw your fave playing any instrument? A'arezzo MADE THAT POSSIBLE! Ever listened to anyone singing the music notes? A'arezzo MADE THAT POSSIBLE!

Now stop being rude and calling my ULT local!

Screaming

that's only an acceptable response if by that you mean "Screaming how amazing A'arezzo was and that I should respect and love him forever!" (small variations of that will also be accepted as a good form of showing respect.)

Arezzo. Was local cause he was not in USA ohpressor.png

You are making this too easy for me, come on!

THE USA WASN`T EVEN A THING BACK THEN! There were little native people living there, but we all know that no one cares abou them even if they had cities and houses sculpted into mountains and a pretty cool civilization, no ones cares! Europe was what's up, if you were not from Europe you were most probably a savage and would probably soon become a colony and be killed or enslaved by the OH so enlightened people from the really civilized part of the world.

So, NO! USA does not matter in this equation.

Arezzo as from the REAL part of the world that mattered.
