i just came back from europe and loved it so i might study there this summer since my school has tuition free programs.

here are my options:

England

Norway

Amsterdam

Germany

Switzerland

which do you think i should choose? especially if youre from any of these places tell me how it is

The other option is i could also study in SK, but fuck that. i dont want to die in a possible nuclear war also korea seems boring

I'm at uni in England and it really depends on the subject you would like to study and definitely research very very well the university and the actual coursework because it will not be as it says online

Switzerland would be your best bet if you're rich lmao, great education and you could live there which is something lots of people are struggling to get to

edit: tuition free programs? fucK, so like a semester abroad then? all of them would be wonderful options then, germany would be the absolute cheapest and if its Berlin and like to party you will have the BESt time ever

Norway, Switz and UK (London) are expensive af but worth it

Amsterdam is middle ground money wise, loads of fun too

germany is the cheapest out of all of them..if you have money go to the rest

edit: Oh you don't have to pay?? Well then norway and switzerland might still be expensive because life is generally expensive over there. But it's beautiful there

i only pay for my ticket, and food. depending on the country i may pay for housing too.

I'm from Germany but study in England! Germany is way cheaper and studying there doesn't cost anything. London is so fucking expensive if I could have, I would have stayed at home in Germany since it's way cheaper as a student there. But my subject is better in London that's why I study there :)

I'm an international student in UK and imo the education here is cool as in the amount of resources and support from the university. Tuition fees for international students here are 3-4 times than what British nationals wud usually pay, mine's Â£21,000 ($30,000) per year.

but no offense tho I always miss my home  rlytearpls.png i'm lucky that my parents allow to me to go back home every Summer and Winter holidays.

edit: ok i just saw that 'tuition free' thing

In Germany, it really depends on where you stay. There are some exciting cities, but there are also cities with basically no student life.

Norway would be my first choice. Great educational system, beautiful landscapes and cities, many young people and I think it's a pretty open-minded contry overall.

at my school, if you study abroad anywhere you pay our home tuition fee ($3500) no matter what.

i would definitely take a semester abroad but my counselor wouldnt let me so im just doing summer. but atleast summer is free [atleast for the classes]

i studied in england for a year and it was awesome. the uni was really good, very supportive of intl students and life in general was really easy tbh for my first time living abroad and alone.

i visited amsterdam on christmas break and fell in love with the city. one of my favorite places in europe. if i had the chance to study abroad again i would totally consider it as an option.

idk if its a good uni, its uni of sussex

I am studying in an University in the UK too.. depends on the subject, sussex is not bad, but it's not the top tier imo (just my opinion don't get offended.)

the food is really bad, but I really like everything else from tuition to events to transport. mine is a campus university so everything is basically in the University.. like you can get food...

I see. If it's a summer program then I'd recommend you to take it in England. Uni usually arrange lots of interesting activities during that season so I'm sure it'd be fun. Uni of Sussex is also in a seaside city Brighton (an hour away by train to London) so you can easily travel and explore the country while you're studying. laugh.png
