I bought polaroid films on eBay a while ago, but the seller was a scammer and has deactivated unimpressed.png

Don't buy polaroid films on eBay for unrealistic prices, kids. I thought the films must have been expired for them to be so cheap and I was okay with that, but nope just a scammer. Should have known better.

I don't even remember exactly what happened but there are a lot of people trying to sell stuff and they're really persistent. I didn't even get anything.

Luckily it was only 2 euro rlytearpls.png

Yes, I bought a cellphone on AliExpress and the seller sent me a fake one. I realised it was fake and I asked for a refund. They offered a partial refund if I kept the phone or a full refund if I returned it back. I rejected both offers and kept arguing with them for a month.

In the end, I got almost all of my money back and I kept the phone.

report it to ebay and your paypal/credit card company

i was scammed on neopets when i was 12. i let this bitch borrow my chakotga TGC for the avatar and she iced her acct :(

There is this 45-days policy on eBay and it has already been several months. They said it could take 2 months for my package to arrive, so I had no chance and I'm naive af. I'm not sure how Paypal deals with scams, but I thought contact with the seller was necessary, but they've deactivated .-.

if you use paypal, then you need to contact paypal and let them know and they will reimburse you

honestly, just be confident because even when a company says they have a policy if you act angry enough they will do anything to make sure you dont give them a bad review and still continue to use their website

i was almost scammed as a seller on ebay when i sold a digital code and the buyer weeks later claimed his account was hacked

in the end not only did i prove the "hacker" had waited over 2 weeks to use the code but i pointed out that they could call Yahoo to get his IP of his email

in the end though because of a stupid policy whether u win the case or not i still lost $25.
