behavioural therapy is the most efficient way

 

medication can be good depending on whether the one you're prescribed matches well with your condition

I am on meds and in therapy...... the reasons I was not in school was for mental health reasons but I am trying really hard to work on myself so I have hope it will work out!

Hi.  Try to relax. I know its easier said than done, believe me, I know. But try taking deep breaths, maybe sit somewhere where it is comfortable for you, and try to listen to soothing music. Or another alternative try watching something on that will make you laugh, it should take your mind off things. Tell yourself that you can do it, or at least that you can try. I hope everything goes well for you tomorrow.
