In the end despite our best efforts and personal beliefs we are 100% just doing what the company asks us to, and there's no recourse. They are perpetrators of the company's values, no more, no less. A company culture with a crappy approach to sexual harassment will have an HR that protects that culture. For that reason I prefer very small companies, it's easier to know what you're dealing with.
