Which male idols do you think are gay?

Recommended Posts

The way I say things is not really gonna change. I'm autistic, remember?

I'd like to close my line by mentioning it doesn't shield you from anything. I'm happy to see you around; all I ask for is 1) for you to recall the Einstein's adage about different results, and 2) to be spared the sad sight of your later complaining.

Woollim is so cool saying no WGM for myungsoo for mutiple times because they dobt need this shit to cover his sexuality because they have no problem with it

I get the feeling it's more about what idols themselves want. Key is obviously willing to play and laugh at the hilarity of it all, but from what I've seen of L, he looks the real, no-nonsense type. He probably just rolled his eyes at the very idea.

Yeah. Another one said that skinship is very popular between straight Korean friends, and I remember someone saying pages back that skinship is not that popular in Korea as they always say... Well contradicting theories...

Ah, the curious case of Korean skinship. (Somehow they ignored that Tao is Chinese.) I don't see how it matters, honestly. Because if straight guys do it normally, wouldn't gay guys stick out by not doing it, by acting twitchy? The point is to "act straight", no? Whatever it means in that society. It's more probable that skinship works as a shield, a cover for endulging oneself. The only trouble would be a hard-on.

This comment is laughable to me though :))

Well, strictly speaking there is nothing to prevent a straight guy from being curious. It wouldn't be a proof on its own.

Omo I can't even... :twitch:  These gurls... :megusta:

That was irony, I believe.

((Having crush on the same gender won't automatically make you gay))

That, strictly speaking, is true, though it does prove you are capable og having a same-sex crush. So it would have to be asked what kind of crush, how deep, only once when you were 14 or has it happened several times etc. Depending on the answers, one would move from straight over "mostly straight" (or "weakly bisexual") into the bisexual territory -- or further, of course.

I even said Tao and Sehun do act gay!! I feel like they are mostly spoiled!

I'm not sure what exactly that's supposed to mean.

Says who? Which evidence? LOL

It's called science.

1. That's why I don't really believe some of them are gay as people here say because we don't know if any of them have that deep feelings for one another ....

Deep feeling are not a prerequisite; besides, the call does not require a direct access to inner states. In other words, we don't have to know. (If we could know, speculation would be superfluous.) That it's a probability call should be obvious.

2. At times I see Tao and Sehun do act weird and /gay/ toward each other or other members but I feel that they want attention mostly because they are spoiled AGAIN I feel like that , nothing more~

There are lots of boys who are spoiled out there, but I've never seen nor heard of them getting tangled into each other. I'm not even touching that weird/gay connection, just to stay polite.

I don't say all the spoiled boys will behave that way simply because it's different for each person .... I just feel these three (Baekhyun, Sehun and Tao) are mostly spoiled due to being magnae. Not every magnae is immature\spoiled and not every magnae is mature for sure ... That's just the way I felt.

I find the very connection between that "behavior of a spoiled maknae" and "people thinking one is gay" utterly absurd.

Suho said he had a crush on Luhan on their show case but I don't see anyone (Maybe few) call him gay YET Chanyeol nor Baekhyun ever said they have had a crush but some of their fans would force their ship into your face ... Guess it's just the matter of who is popular for these people to go over-board~!

You say it yourself, basically, while showing a certain lack of understanding, I'm afraid. It's not really about saying one has a crush or something. That some fans are overzealous with shipping is obvious, but that's not what this is about.

I looked it up and they are so cute together  :ahmagah:

They so are.

Ughhhh Key looks so much better with smooth legs. They must've had him grow them out for his role or something

It's the other way round. Normally he's got caveman's legs, unless he shaves them.

I am asexual.

I do not experience sexual attraction to any gender. I never have, and as far as I can tell I may never.

I have, out of curiosity, had tests run to check my hormone levels and other correlated phenomena that may contribute to a lack of sexuality.

They all returned indicating that I have no irregularities.

I have no childhood trauma, sexual or otherwise, and, as far as I am aware, no other underlying mental conditions.

And yet somehow I manage not to be attracted to anyone.

This does not upset me, and I don't wish that I desired sex. I am perfectly comfortable with what I do and do not feel.

Your assumption that the only cause of asexuality can be trauma or disorder does upset me, however. First of all, when we use the term "asexual" here, we use it in the way that does not include documented and accepted sexual dysfunctions or disorders. They are not the same thing and they have their own names and causes. Your claim that "all of the currently established facts" indicate that you are correct is a hopelessly broad and indefensible statement, mainly because it is false. Nothing in the history of science has ever garnered the support of every individual, and there have been studies of repute that have involved asexuality, its causes, and its effects and have not concluded in it being a disorder across the board.

Your argument reminds me so closely of the prejudice against homosexuality in the mental health field. For decades homosexuality was included as a mental disorder in the DSM. It was generally accepted that it was either the result of a sociopathic disorder or childhood trauma and sexual abuse. In some places this opinion endures today. Does that mean that it is correct? Obviously not, but at a certain point in time the majority of the scientific community agreed that it was. Every generation has the problem of assuming that current knowledge is all that there is and all that could possibly be correct. We have difficulty trying to imagine a world with ideas that have not yet been discovered because they don't exist yet. That doesn't mean that the present contains all we'll ever know, and I for one advocate more for the advancement of knowledge rather than the implementation of strict and potentially damaging measures based on information in a field that has only very recently begun to be explored.

I'm not saying that a lack of sexuality can't be (and often is) caused by trauma or an underlying disorder. If someone has a problem with their lack of sexual attraction then they should most certainly seek the opinions and help of medical professionals, just as they would with any other distress they experience. There could be a million causes and often it can be helped. Sometimes it cannot.

However, this is not going to be the case every single time. If someone has no problem with their sexuality or lack thereof and it doesn't cause them or anyone else harm, then it cannot be considered a disorder or sexual dysfunction. If it ain't broke, don't fix it, and certainly don't cause paranoia and doubt among people who are comfortable with themselves and function perfectly well in society.

Anyway, this may not be the thread to discuss this.

I love when others say it all. There's nothing to add.

This guy who wear the white shirt is shade the sh*t out of G-Dragon.[/size]

Hmmm, you don't know, foxy fellow, it could be a match made in heaven. They could share lipstick, argue about fashion, and have threesomes with hot men.

it doesnt make sense. how can you guys be sure that all members in one group are gay?

Again, I don't think there is anyone really thinking that about any group.

then i don't know WHAT to think about the adorable lee hyun woo. i don't actually get a particular vibe from him one way or the other, but he played a character that learns to accept he's gay (even though he isn't) in that awful SMent remake of Hana Kimi, plus he did really adorable fanservice with male fans at fan meets (pretty much more than he would with females). i think he is at least an ally even though i don't actually get much in the way of vibes from him.

Funnily enough, in Secretly, Greatly he plays a character that could be read as gay, too.
