Sometimes he's really quiet and reserved, and at times when he's fully comfortable, he really goes all out...he's kinda confusing to me. Hard to decypher. We know he's had girlfriends and dating rumors in the past (I mean, one of my friends almost married a woman AND he's gay as it gets so this doesn't prove anything), so I'd maybe put him as bi, although sometimes I think he's gay and just needed time to figure himself out. He pings differently from time to time. Would have to see more of him around women to decide. Sometimes it is really hard to tell, sexuality is so fluid and confusing, you never know. There are only a very few ships within the same group that I think have much basis beyond fan service and they are: Yunho and Jaejoong - really obvious Key and Jonghyun - like you I don't know if the feelings were mutual or if it was fan service gone too far but Key obviously got hurt Sungjong and Myungsoo - super obvious and the girlfriend was very fake if you look into it. The way that they avoid interaction in public now has only made them more suspicious. I actually think that they got caught in 2013 and were almost exposed. Woollim has been doing damage control. Heechul and Hangeng - this is another one were I don't know if it was mutual but Heechul had real feelings and was obviously hurt. Sungjong is not transgender. He has stated on many, many occasions that he is happy being a man. You can tell even by the way that he used to do drag. Like his Adult Ceremony performance, he didn't wear padding or a wig and didn't even change his makeup. he was just a beautiful young man in a dress. If anything, he wanted to prove that a man can be beautiful and sexy in a way that most people think only women can be. He isn't even really that feminine but more on the androgynous side. He is like a perfect mixture of masculine and feminine qualities. I agree with everything said here, especially the last part about Sungjong. I love his adult ceremony performance. I always admired it especially cause he did it the way he did it. I think Hanchul might have been a thing, just going by the amount of time it took Heechul to recover from it and how much of a mess he was. You don't really see people suffer that much over an unrequited crush, maybe that's just me, but I feel they were together. Every time I think of that instance where they showered together and even took a selfie while doing it and Heechul showed it to the cameraman - I mean, that's just Heechul being Heechul, but who stops mid-mutual shower to take a selfie? Why'd you want a selfie of you with your bro in the shower??? Why'd you want to remember that moment and have it captured in a photograph??? Suspicious, suspicious. Idk, they gave off a coupleish vibe to me. But even if they were never together, I think they both had feelings for each other. Sometimes, sometimes people are just plain ol' homophobic, without compensating for their own sexuality and lack of self-acceptance of it. I'm tired of this idea of excusing homophobia with closeted homosexuality, it's offensive, it's wrong, it's LAZY. I know many studies do show that homophobic people are more likely to be gay and in denial, but that should not be an excuse for allowing hate to happen, and I honestly think that this explanation should stop being thrown around, because it plays with the narrative of 'the good ally' and makes it seem like LGBTQ+ people are the ones to blame for homophobia. Straight people can be homophobic too, lesbians can be homophobic, anyone can be homophobic. I'm just sick and tired of seeing people say that a homophobe must be gay, and that's the reason behind their hate, their hate should not be excuse by other people no matter what. So it's a bit hard to know now! they kind of became interesting to me with how open they were with their relationship and how much they revealed in their insta posts, so I kinda tracked both of them on Insta it all started with them deleting that matching jewelry post, what was it, watches, rings? anyway, that was the post that was gone first, and they deleted it (at the same time) after getting all the wrong attention for it and there was a lot of homophobia going on in the comments, it was ugly, I put some comments into a translator app (which weren't in English) and people are soooooo disgusting, I hate those immature lil fangirls and also those straight up homophobes who spewed hate all over their accounts until they were forced to do this I don't think they broke up, I think they are just laying low (I'm hoping that's it at least), maybe they were told by Kwon's team to delete the pics cause it was stirring people up in Korea? last time I checked, they still both kept up old pics of the two of them together, and deleted all the newer ones, as well as the more revealing ones (the jewelry, them exercising together, some suspicious positions etc), I'm about to go lurk now again anyway, I want Kwon to be happy and still with his hot bf edit: the bf deleted all of his posts from Insta...hmm.
