Yes you're right,  I could have said ''he was fanboying"  but in my mind I just picture Jong as the girl in the relationship.   I really didn't mean it offensively, and sorry if it offended you.   I will remember this next time I go to word it like that. 

We know you didn't mean anything by it but that's the problem. Society is so hetero-normative we don't even realize it. You did it again unintentionally. You picture Jjong as the girl in the relationship. Well, if it's a relationship between two men, there is no girl in the relationship and people need to move away from thinking like that.

 

We are all guilty of it, we've all done it one time or another. I've only recently been able to move myself away from making those mistakes. And honestly most people probably are not offended by it, but it is still messed up and we should try to fix that kind of thinking.

I was watching 140407's Sukira with Suju-M and the members suddenly started talking about Henry worrying about his image after Kyuhyun confessing that Henry said "I only have you" to him. Kyuhyun talked about him "going around freely" in the past. They started teasing Henry about going to saunas and bathhouses and Ryeowook asked: "Didn't the ahjussis there help you to scrub your back?" Henry replied "They just cheer me on" then Ryeowook asked "How did they cheer you on?" you can see by their faces that they were teasing him. Kyuhyun ended the conversation saying that he hopes Henry can do his things freely without worrying. I never thought Henry was bi or gay but now I have to reconsider it.

I don't think Henry is gay. I think he is just the affectionate type, and he came into a culture where that's totally ok from a culture where being overly affectionate makes people question your sexuality. He totally embraced it and feels free to express his affection . But I'm sure from time to time he might be worrying that sometimes he takes it too far and suju is totally taking advantage of that because they love to tease. No harm meant by it though.

Obsessive Myungsoo is really funny and endearing to observe, I admit. As for another function of a visual of the group - being at the forefront of assuring group's presence in the industry, he has some room for improvement here, as I have an impression that Sunggyu recently is doing better job in that department...

You can say " I think," or "I believe" or "In my opinion he is ____" because of *insert evidence, support, whatever* here. i think what is offending people is when things are stated as a matter of fact. Just don't make it sound like something is an established fact and people won't be upset. Especially if you don't really have an argument to back it up. "Well Onew is straight because I said so" is basically what that would come off as.

 

Also, i'm not sure if I read the whole argument here but I think another thing that is upsetting is that some people say Onew is straight strictly because they haven't found anything gay about him and that feeds the 'straight until proven gay' mindset. Which is an utter bullshit perspective to have. If you don't have evidence to back up him being straight or gay don't just go ahead and label him as straight. Say "I don't know what Onew's sexuality is" or something like that.

Anyone have thoughts on Kang Ha Neul (musical and TV/movie actor)? I know he's not an idol, but just wanted opinions.

He also starred in a musical 'Spring Awakening' when he was only about 19. His character (Ernst) makes another man (Hanshen) realize he's gay after falling in love with him and later realizes that he's also gay and ends up seducing him.

 

I believe there is a kiss scene too, in another musical he did called 'Thrill Me' (not sure about the character or story line).

I love you thank you for the Xero spam I kind of studied Toppdogg a little and I think Xerjoo(Byungjoo+Xero) is the real otp of Toppdogg maybe I'm still not sure.

I think so because during an interview the one where Xero was all over P-goon ,Byungjoo looked really jealous.

That and other moments they've had.

I don't want to say this as fact but I also think Kidoh is gay.

This is the best otp/shippers moment but I remember during Show kpop ep 2 Nakta told Hansol that his natural eyes with the contact lenses he wears are really pretty.

After that it was really awkward and in a natural way not the trying to do some hyped up fanservice way which is why I think Nakta had or has a little crush on Hansol.

Xero and Byungjoo are always clinging into eachother which looks kinda suspicious.

When one is talking with another member the other person always seems to be there watching .

I don't know if this means anything but during show kpop ep 1 when they were getting dressed for Cigarette photo shoots Kidoh told Byungjoo don't live your life that way not sure what that means it was so random so I thought that maybe he's jealous of Xerjoo but it's weird cause he only said it to Byungioo and if he's also gay he wouldn't have a problem with his members being gay.

He also said Xero and Byungjoo will be reorganized dont know what that means.

I think the company must know about the couple so the managment separated them into ships

I used to get Hansol and Xero confused so that photo from Say it era where Seogoong,Byungjoo and either Hansol or Xero pinged me or someone pinged me.

I only think Kidoh is gay because of 2jin and those tumblr posts and the pictures they took together.

It has to be real cause when I saw a photo of the two BTS were or are still nugu so they had to be friends or lovers and he's not using the photo to gain fans or anything.

Then Kidoh saying he's friends with Jackson on Secret Box and the members reactions to him being nervous about Jackson seeing a predebut video of him rapping.

I can understand him being nervous because of his skills but his reaction to it was suspicious.

And you could totally be right about xeroxByungjoo. It would explain why BJ doesn't look very comfortable when Hansol is really pushing Hanjoo.

the thing that strikes me about all these popular couples is that, in a society like koreas, the actual couples would try to hide it, not be blatantly obvious...

I think that's certainly true for many couples. But at the same time they know they can get away with it without people openly questioning it, so some may see no point in hiding it. Gunheechul for example.

I guess it would depend on a lot of factors, like their personalities, and how comfortable they are with their sexualities and such.

I personally would be like "let's see how far I can go with this before people start questioning it." I'm sure many know that unless they come right out and say "hey we're gay and we're dating" people are going to avoid speculating and such. So they really have no reason to go out of their way to hide it.

It's not even about the shipping haha, it's about people not liking me for speaking the truth and anyone strange to this thread could see it. It's always the same lot that come off like their words are law, therefore they get pissed at me for saying otherwise. Can't take it. Why are the Sehun/Donghae posts getting negs for example? For simply stating something else that doesn't go with what that same, low clique say.

I agreed with some of your points and I agree that there are many shippers on this thread who go overboard, and there are many others who have crossed the line into being rude. But it is a apparent that you have an attitude problem and you have consistently been rude and sarcastic in just about everything you post. And I've been lurking long enough to see where this all started, and tried to stay out of it, but this has irritated me to the point where I feel the need to step in.

Sure maybe someone started it, I don't remember, but the fact is that you continue to stand out for being overly rude and disrespectful, giving off a very hostile, arrogant attitude, more so than anyone else. Some people may be negging you because you went against their ship, sure I'll give you that, not denying that people do that. But I guarantee you the majority of those negs are coming from people who are tired of seeing you thinking you're better than everyone else and getting smart with everybody (that's why I neg you).

At this point I'm not sure if you are just trolling but I'm tired of it. Either be more civil in your posts, or accept the fact that people are going to be very frustrated with you and that they have every right to be.

Maybe it's just me but it really didn't seem like that. Like I dunno, we see him looking at him and licking his lips but I don't think it's in that sort of way. It could have been just out of nervousness or from feeling awkward since he's around a lot of people he doesn't know. I agree in that I don't think the lip licking was that kind of thing. But I still think Baekhyun was thrown off guard by Minwoo's appearance.
