(WTF!?!?!?!) Kind of reminds me of when my school tried to kick me out for specifying that I was a lesbian on our school's website. When I was with the school counselor in her office she said a bunch of really offensive things to me, but the one that really took the cake was her telling me that it was the same thing as announcing to the world what sexual position I prefer. It's interesting how some straight people twist it, until all they can see is the sexual side of being gay, but then they call gay people perverted. As for the situation with Key, it’s getting kind of ridiculous. If SM really is behind this, did they honestly not think that it would seem suspicious? I mean, it literally screams cover up. Key basically went from not talking about girls or showing any interest in them whatsoever, to talking about them constantly. It isn't even remotely consistent and the majority of people just don’t work that way. I hope for his sake all of this dies down and he’s allowed to be himself again. I have the most experience with Infinite fans obviously and some of them can be so hypocritical omfg. I follow this one Inspirit on Tumblr who is so guilty of it. A while back she made a post saying she refuses to speculate about their sexual orientations because people used to assume she was a lesbian (oh, the humanity). But then in the very same post she said something about Dongwoo and Sungyeol not being able to contain themselves around female idols. Is that not assuming that they’re straight?? Or at the very least assuming that they have some level of attraction towards females. Idk, it just really annoys me that these fangirls see nothing wrong with pushing their heteronormative ideals on these idols, but we’re not allowed to innocently speculate that they might be gay. I know some fans think Hoya disapproves of Myungjong and that he wants Sungjong for himself, but I personally don't think that's the case at all. I mean, he clearly cares about Sungjong a lot and I think he'd support them every step of the way as long as Myungsoo was good to him. I get the feeling that Hoya may be attracted to Sungjong on an aesthetic level and if you pair that with the fact that he has a lot of older-brother-like protective feelings towards him, it would make sense that he wouldn't want him to get hurt. However, that being said, I don't think he'd ever want to be the one to get in the way of Sungjong's happiness and Myungsoo clearly makes Sungjong happy. Like to the point that his whole face lights up. It makes me think back to when they were promoting The Chaser and he was barely smiling at all and even when he did it seemed like it took a lot of effort. Now on top of the fact that he’s generally a lot happier, whenever Myungsoo’s around he gets this smile on his face and I swear it’s basically the happiest I've seen him look.
