I definitely think that actor gong yoo is gay, It's Just the vibes that i get from him, but does Lee soo-hyuk also have rumours towards him ? 

Did you guys see what koreans did to yooh ah in ? It's not a surprise why lgbt people in korea are most likely never going to come out

And nope, I've never given credence to Taekook either.I'm not picking this to prop up some other perceived relationship. But the video does explain the basics of PR deception.

Whether they're dating or not in reality is not my point. It's the tactics being used here that are a red flag if you understand, or have worked, in this arena.

When i see these older men with no record of public hetero dating in close relationships with handome guys i think it's kinda natural to suspect them. let's not forget about park hyoshin (he's not an actor but a very famous singer in korea) i swear yall be sleeping on this man!! he has gay rumours since many years ago, there's no way a celebrity can last that long with multiple gay dating rumours and one debunked after a day hetero rumour, i also believe he and jung jaeil were dating but they already broke up because they went from being seen together everywhere to not even a like on instagram

Kpop fans follow these idols but act as if they knew nothing about the Korean society and discrimination their faves could face if they said what was on their mind. Not sure if you all heard about it but shippers had a meltdown because El Capitxn was a guest on Yoongi's radio, appeared in his documentary, posts photos of him with a heart, liked a tweet translating their conversation from the radio on Twitter, stays in the same hotel as him, and since he's responsible for the sound system during his tour, he attends all concerts and schedules. Yoongi saying they lived in Yoongi's house for a week and calling him a person that completes him/his other half musically was their limit. According to their logic people's sexuality is decided by their opinion only. Reminds me of Taekook shippers who can't believe Tae could be bi because "he can only be attracted to Jungkook" (...)

If you want to know more about the relationship between Yoongi and El Capitxn and this drama, it all started in 2018 when El Capitxn was still "JPearl", joined BH and was revealed to have worked on Ddaeng. K-Fans found a post on his Instagram where he posted a cut from the MV teaser of "Idol" MV showing Yoongi's part only with a caption that was written in a slang, calling Yoongi "oppa" in a sexual way. They spammed his Insta comments asking him to delete because they were "afraid of rumors spreading about his sexuality". He edited the caption and then deleted it. Later he posted a video showing Yoongi's part during Ddaeng rehearsal (both posts are gone). After that he called Yoongi an angel for gifting him expensive music software.

3. Mentions him during several interviews for his solo debut and during Weverse live (too lazy to find all links now..)

 

4. Yijeong appears in his documentary 

Yoongi taking a photo of Yijeong as soon as he wakes up and Yijeong reassuring him that they'll do well as usual (when Yoongi was worried). Can't share videos because they got blocked on Twitter.

 

 

5. Yijeong liked these tweets about him and Yoongi

 

 

6. When a celebrity follows Yoongi on a particular day, they usually follow Yoongi at the same time (examples: Jung Yong Hwa - Yoongi gifted him his album that day, Paul Kim - Yijeong produced a song for him but Yoongi wasn't in the credits) 

7. Yoongi said the first song they worked on was 'We don't talk together' and its original title was 'With Yijeong' because he liked it so much.

8. "Is Min Yoongi an angel" Insta Story + Tweet when Yoongi bought him expensive software (also deleted later). 

 

9. Yijeong made a post with a photo showing what hotel he was staying at what made shippers mad that "he was showing off he was at the same hotel as Yoongi". How would they be able to work on music if they weren't staying in the same place??

10. He posted (I think it was Insta Story because I can't find it now) showing that he was on the beach after Yoongi posted a video on the beach what also angered shippers lmao

11. Posted a photo of Yoongi with a heart in a caption, posted about Jimmy Fallon apperance, posted a photo of Team Suga including himself and 3 photos showing the hotel he was at. According to some fans it's "attention seeking".

12. Yijeong reacting to shippers sending him "Yoonpearl" messages (I feel second hand embarrassment when people do such things but well, it needs to be added here). Soon after he changed his username on Instagram and the name he was using as a producer. After that we only saw him in the credits of almost all Yoongi's songs but they didn't mention each other for nearly 5 years (except for one small mention by Yoongi during vlive). THANKFULLY now Armys are taking care of all weird comments on Yijeong's Insta so the situation probably won't repeat itself..

Basically this sums up how kpop fans and shippers act  Yet they dismiss everything here because Yijeong said he liked girls after people started implying during a live that he and Yoongi were together. What else could he do in that situation? He knew it was the only way people didn't spread rumors about them. Of course, all these things I listed might not mean anything other than a good friendship but they also don't prove that Yijeong is straight.

the only thing about this is that he cropped the watermark of the original editor and put his own song over the edit. so some are saying he could just be using kpop fans to get attention for his new song 

i like troye’s music, but i wouldn’t put it past anyone to use the hype that kpop has because of the dedication from the stans, which i’m sure he’s seen first-hand being around hyunjin and jennie

But I think him asking how to reach Hyunjin could be genuine, reminds me when some DPR members said how hard it was to contact SKZ. I have heard other artists said the same too.

yeah.. him asking how to reach could be, but i feel like if it were to be genuine, there would just be.. other ways to go about it?

like, a tweet would’ve been enough but cropping a watermark and changing the song to his own, knowing how much social media engagement it would get.. idk

editing is something that takes people hours and it’s one thing if some random person crops and reposts, but a celebrity is a different ballgame

and him doing all that vs a tweet saying hey #stays where can i contact #hyunjin would’ve sufficed

I got the impression that he wants to kill two birds with one stone thing (got attention for his new song and attention from Hyunjin for collab or sumn) but did it in bad way, unlike Ryan Reynolds.

That's why when I said it could be genuine it's not because how he did it but because skz's history with other artists since some people, like you said, thought it could be just him using his name for attention to his new song only. So, i didn't argue with that view, just seeing it from other angle.

But it looks like it worked because Stray Kids official account rt'd this tweet from Spotify.
