Well as I said in my previous post ( also sorry I don't know why the writing came out so big), it was a possibility that he was dating her, that being said, it doesn't completely erase all the receipts brought here. It can simply means that he likes both genders, maybe he's more into men, or more into women, we can't really know. As for me, it didn't change my opinion at all about any idols, it's like Heechul/Momo all over again, like, he's dating a girl? ok then it's a possibility that he's bi or pan or whatever suit them best. Doesn't mean that they're not into men at all. 
As for the fluid part. I'm totally on the positive part. I was very confused with my sexuality at first but as I grew up and dated or was attracted to someone I understood that my view changed a lot and I'm not only attracted to one gender but both. I guess it is really possible that with time, with meeting different people, environment or just simply growing up, we can question our sexuality and be more open about trying something else. ( sorry for my bad English I'm not sure if I explained my thoughts correctly here ) 

Side note: about the shipping post, the user missed my point, thai bl actors and fan service are a whole industry of it's own. It's known that it's their job to sell their ship and that it's most likely that they are just coworkers or friends at best. About 80% of those actors are just here for the money and fame. We can say the same for obvious ship pushed by the members themselves or the company who knows that they attract fans too. I was talking about the one that are more down low and where it's a possibility that at least one member or both are queer.

I never had  strong opinions on the bts members. I thought V was the most likely to be gay of the 7 but it wasn't to the point that I could never see dating a woman or anything. So it was surprising but didn't radically alter anything for me.

As for sexuality for some people it's fluid for others it's not.  For example, I know Antoni from queer eye said that he thinks his relationships and attraction to women in the past was real but he sees himself as a gay man now, while other men in his position would say that they were always gay but just discovered it later. Only the individual can judge their own attraction and label themselves.

my understanding is that they're widely circulated by haters or akgaes of other members in a 'this is who you stan?' way both because of his style of dancing and also his pre PS/weight-loss appearance and basically any Hanbin post will have a hate comment with a predebut image or video. But in some ways this has backfired and gotten him more fans as he is obviously talented in those videos and his weightloss is seen as a sign of hardwork as well.

a week or so ago a tiktok edit of hanbin to nails hair hip heels got quite a lot of engagement on korean twitter (i'm talking thousands of quote retweets) and i don't think the quote retweets were particularly bad...? people were just surprised at how the same person who was doing all that waacking, dancing sassy as hell was the same one who has this pristine clean boyfriend image. i even saw a popular quote retweet that said that they basically find it amazing that he changed so much and if they were in his position they wouldn't have been able to do it and instead would've hung out with woongki and seowon 24/7 (linking the tweet here. not sure what "snarky beauty" is supposed to translate to but i assume they mean flamboyant lmao)

yeah that seems to be what is happening with this video unfortunately. it seems to have gone a little viral on ktwt a couple hours ago due to this tweet fatshaming him. some replies seem homophobic as well but I haven't looked that deep into it. 

His stans seem to want people to stop sharing this video in general which I don't know if I agree with. I'm all for reporting people actively harassing him but the videos themselves don't seem to be actually damaging his reputation in a substantial way. Also they weren't deleted posts that have been dug up like zhang hao's predebut stuff was. Hanbin seems proud of his past due to how often he brings up waacking and tutting (not saying zhang hao isn't proud of his past but he clearly doesn't want stuff he deleted shared).

I believe so. 2nd gen was still on top then. The only 3rd gen groups I can think of that were already as popular would be AOA and Exo (though it's debated if AOA is 2nd gen or 3rd gen anyway).

Ohh I remember this, everyone was going crazy for the reveal but it ended up never happening. And then the following years people kept reviving the same rumour lmao I still wonder who it was supposed to be, but I'm glad they weren't exposed. Does anyone by chance remembers if this is the same one where they also posted the supposed idol's silhouettes and it was Chanyeol and Baekhyun from EXO?

Unpopular opinion but I wouldn't be surprised if they indeed dated in the immediate years after EXO's debut (circa 2012~2014) because they had some seriously suspicious stuff going on at that time. But in 2015... probably already over.

 

And I don't think a gay or sapphic couple will be revealed any time soon in kpop. Who wants to face a millionaire lawsuit for that? Only if Korea had it's own Shukan Bunshun lol

But I do wonder how things will be in 10 or 20 years. Will 2nd and 3rd gen gay idols assume their partners? Maybe they will move to western countries to marry? Wait until their career is over to do it? I always ponder that about the idols we know are a 100% gay like Key, Jo Kwon and Ten. Guess we'll have to wait to see.

so was at the wei concert today. two of the boys held each others faces really close. i only mention this because i think this is ironic what happened later on in the show

at the end someone gave daehyeon a pride flag. the other members were proudly showing the gifts they had (headbands, teddy bears) whilst he hid the flag behind his back and then when they went to perform put it on the floor off the stage

then that flag disappeared

i’m just so over kpop fans giving idols pride flags and then praising them for being lgbtq+ supporting kings when ur practically forcing it onto them

clearly most of them are fine to do some fanservice like acting like they’re about to kiss their member on stage

but when it comes to actual gay people.. even if they are queer, they might still not know or be comfortable holding it up. you know this only happens internationally as well

at onlyoneof’s tour it was annoying but fair enough. however, this is a group completely different to them

Yes, yes I know it’s another Sung Hanbin pre debut dance video, but I hadn’t seen this one and it’s the best one I’ve seen. Incredibly talented. I’m hopeful that ZB1 is leading us into a gay golden age.

You mean allegedly? Aka that Haribo crazy on the Internet who was stealing peoples pictures, setting upookalikes/models and editing photos in graphic design apps? 

To my knowledge there's been no evidence of any dating for reals between the two. If you mean the Paris pics the jury's still out on that. The Haribo thing was total bs though. I think they're being taken to court for that mess. 

We didn't all think he's gay. It's split between people who do, those who think he's on the spectrum somewhere and those who don't. If anyone thinks he's fully gay it's likely because of the constant vibes he gives off, his interests, his output, etc. Add to that his obvious irritation at invented stories on the Internet that he's dating girl banders and CEOs daughters. It's not really because of his dating life because HYBE has managed to keep all that side under wraps for over a decade with him.

I did too believe he could be gay but it's not like we exactly know how he feels. I did say in the other thread he could be bi or pan and I can see him being that. I remember a majority on here agreeing they think he's gay. I see this as a refreshing reminder, I think this shows us that no matter how much you think you know an idol you truly don't.

(As it should be honestly, he's entitled to his privacy as much as any other person is too to their own)

I'm getting so sick of delusional fans thinking they have a right to all knowledge of an idol simply because they support an idol. They're so fucking far in their delusions they don't see this idol as a person anymore but instead as a plaything for themselves that is supposed to give the person everything they want. This fucking dehumanization creates such dangerous ideas in people and we end up in the situations BTS sadly did this week with this fucked up sasaengs, the fucking nurse and Taehyung and Jennie being stalked by paps in Paris.  

It's essentially the same way delusional shippers go down to, they project everything they want to be or everything they want to happen to themselves onto other people, become obsessed with the images they created of the idols and demand the idols act out the fans desires and there you are we have Taekook/Jikook shippers in the house.
