Which male idols do you think are gay?

true what are your thoughts so far? I'm curious

It is not possible to reach a decision just by looking at 2 blurry pictures. So far, no one else has seen them together, as people said they drove with open windows, wandering around the airport without hiding, flew in business class etc... it's kind of weird that even if they're this sloppy, but only two pics are dropped. So we have to wait to see if other evidence will drop or not.

This is so interesting. Especially for someone like Park Hyo Shin who is extremely introverted and doesn't share much of his friendships with others. He introduced Taehyung to Kang Dong-Won first, and then to a very popular songwriter. I mean, the fact that he does all this without Tae asked to him shows how much he cares for him, I guess.

It is indeed interesting and would like to know if there has been any sus moments from park himself?

I don't know much about Park Hyo Shin. But I read that he once had a hard time because of his company, he had to sell his house, and then he was like reborn from the ashes. He currently works as a musical artist rather than a pop artist. There was a rumor that he used to have an affair with his pianist. This pianist is also very famous person. Jung Jae-ıl composed the score of award-winning movies Okja and Parasite, and won the 2021 Hollywood Music in Media Awards(HMMA) for his scores for the television series Squid Game.

Park is one of the most talented solo artists.

Part 2 of the taehyung lgbt media masterlist as the other post was getting a bit long:

  Hide contents

- Loves "Lay Me Down" by Sam Smith and has sung it on multiple occasions

- Likes Kehlani and Troye Sivan and has played some of their songs in his vlives before (but it should be noted that other members have mentioned them both as well)

- Likes Jean Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Alexander Calder (all queer artists) and seems to have decorated his house with some of their work

- Likes Crazy Beautiful by openly gay Singer by Austin McKenzie (should be noted that a fan recommended the song on weverse and he listened to it and said he loved it. He played it a few times after that)

- Mentioned Ben Platt (another openly gay artist who also posts pictures of his bf on ig). Liked and commented on a few of his posts on ig

I know he didn't put a tag on himself, but you can add that Tae also love and support Conan Gray and even want to do a song with him.

well the Jennie thing was first, so I'm guessing the people who are into shipping m/f idols won't read into Tae/Lisa right now since they think he might be with Jennie. I saw a lot of people analysing Tae/Lisa's interactions to see if they were friends though lol, including lip readers deciphering she maybe called him oppa (?)

the plane thing was made up by BP fans trying to convince themselves that Lisa was on a different plane than Taehyung and Bogum. never say only boygroup stans are delusional.

Yeah she seems called him "oppa" It just goes to show that they're not as strangers to each other as the fans think.

Bogum is a very confusing person. He was born into this cult and doesn't hesitate to advertise them. But on the other hand, he gives donations to hospitals, participates in their campaigns, even though his church forbids going to the hospital, getting help from doctors and modern medicine, and considers it a sin. Despite his church's beliefs, his interesting friendship with Song Joon Ki and Taehyung are also the kind that will raise eyebrows. It gives me the impression of someone caught between two worlds. On the one hand, a cult in which he was literally born and deeply loved by his family, on the other hand, his own life, which contradicts all the beliefs of this cult. I wonder how his life will go from now on.

I suddenly remembered the blind item about Jimin and the football player. Everyone thought they were such a random duo, but maybe it wasn't that random after all. 🧐

What I feel is that, as Hoseok says in the lyrics of the song, one has to educate oneself about certain things, starting with oneself. He already mentioned in his MMA speech that he learned that there are many different types of love. My theory about him is that there may be one or more LGBT people in the group and Hoseok first had a hard time understanding and accepting these person(s) and then, as time passed, he began to understand them as he got to know the world more. This seems to explain why his relationship with Taehyung deteriorated so much for a period of time, he remained cold towards him for almost two years, and then they became close again. So much so that he didn't even want Tae to touch him for a while, and he even once pushed his hand away. I still remember the sadness on Tae's face.

Tbh it doesn't really make sense cause timing doesn't match: his realization that there are different types of love happened much later (year of MMA speech) than deterioration of relationship with Tae (around INU) which happened according to your theory due to Tae opening up as lgbt. Let me remind you that even if on public there was distance, in private Hoseok was still supporting Tae, for example, I remember how Tae said that Hobi wrote letter to him. Personally I still think deterioration happened cause Hoseok doesn't like when ship becomes too real and fans go super crazy (vhopers back then for real were as crazy as taekookers just in smaller size due to smaller size of fandom), cause literally same thing happened to Sope (and in less extend to Jihope). Tae just handled it worse (publicly) than other two due to his personality (he kinda wants to get what he wants no matter what) and due to him worshiping Hoseok like god (I really have a feeling that Tae had some crash on Hobi). So my theory is that mayhaps, for example, if Hoseok decided to end their ship, but Tae still wanted to clinge on Hoseok despite Hobi's decision and didn't want to tone down everything no matter how Hoseok was against it then Hoseok just became harsher and started completely ignoring Tae and even pushing him away (yeah, I also still remember those moments).

I do agree with your theory on a song tho, it's indeed about educating yourself that everyone is equal and have same rights. I just don't think it's about lgbt or better to say definitely not only about it if inclusive, Hoseok's lyrics is very straightforward: he talks about genders (SK has huge problems with respecting women), nationalities (as asian artists Bangtan experienced not really equal treatment in US industry, for example), age (be it problems of power abuse from seniors or respect to seniors). It's good that a song is a comfort zone for lgbt people and it's good that he is an ally, but it's about equality in overall in every aspect.

Also not regarding your post, but just want to say that Jack In The Box is not a metaphor of being in a closet. Read Rolling Stones interview with Hoseok or other his interviews and vlives, read his lyrics properly and analyze MVs to understand him. Hoseok combined Pandora box + hope (as how j-hope name was born) + clown/jester (as his "role" in a group) + the concept of that toy when smth unexpected happens (complete change of his direction in music and concept from what ppl expected and got used to especially from "BTS j-hope" and not j-hope as Hope World creator). It's about him suppressing and hiding a lot of thoughts, opinions, feelings and sides of himself, it's about him wanting more but on his own terms, he wants to do his music and art the way he wants to and not under concept company and people box him in, it's about his path which burned him down (it, btw, very correlate to what they said on Festa about being very done and lost in their creativity). Jack In The Box is very deep and complex album about him as artist and about his multilayered personality.

Honestly speaking, after that party I become even more convinced that Hoseok is into women. He still can be bi tho.

I agree that the message in J-Hope's song is much more general. It contains references to many inequalities. But as you said, it's nice that we can find something in the song too. I also agree with you about Taehyung. Taehyung and Hoseok's characters are very different from each other. Taehyung is very direct and open person, someone who likes to show it 100% openly when he likes someone. Hoseok, on the other hand, is more reserved and controlling. He's someone who likes to be in control the situation he is in, whereas it's no surprise he finds it difficult to deal with someone like Taehyung who is unpredictable, constantly flooding the one he likes with compliments, and extremely cute lol Whatever happened between them, I'm glad they got over it. Taehyung has always been one of Hoseok's biggest supporters. They enjoy spending time together and I think Hoseok is closer to him than before.

I also agree that Hoseok doesn't let his ships grow, I've already written about this a few times before. The thing is, his ships were never popular at the Taekook or Jikook level. VHope has never been a promoted ship like Taekook or Jikook. That's why I don't think that this two-year tension between Tae and him is just about the ships. But yeah, it is remarkable that he killed his ships when they got a little grow.

Omg I have so many thoughts on Loona and the LGBTQ community (not for this thread ig) but ik she really made that little gay boy's life 😭 it's your bday, your bf bought you a cake, AND you meet chuu from Loona?? it doesn't get any better than that

Also we're talking soooo much about BTS but as soon as i saw that picture of jhope with the dancers i thought "!!!!!" like that is an undeniably queer group of people. He's one who regardless of whether he's gay, straight, or bi it would 100% make sense to me

I mean everyone seems happy ( and little gay) that night lol

also just wondering, im a hardcore army but literally when did hobi and tae have a fight/distanced/uncomfy period? like what are u guys talking about? /gen

i don’t recall them ever being uncomfy or not friends with each other, yeah they weren’t as close as they are now but that’s kinda the same as everyone, as time goes by u get closer! (so if anyone could show me what period u guys are talking abt then i’d really appreciate it :) )

and also, i obvi don’t know the members personally n never have but in my opinion hobi has neverrr given off homophobic or “not accepting of lgbt” vibes/sentiments so the assumption abt vhope not being close during that time bc hobi didn’t accept/understand tae for being lgbt, is very ummmmm…..

like hoseok literally performed with jo kwon in high heels n a flamboyant outfit during PRE DEBUT times, has continued to be very good friends with gay ass jo kwon since then as well, he was always the “gayest” of the group during debut times too (just look at how he posed in the photos 😭), has always just seemed very supportive etc… so yeah although it’s ur opinion, i personally don’t think it’s right to say that he only recently became accepting bc of tae or would even avoid one of his members that he has always loved so much just bc they’re lgbt?

so yeah anyway pls if someone can link stuff abt what times ur talking abt then pls do thank u

Hobi and Tae's relationship was strained throughout 2016 and until mid-2017. But it gradually started to improve. I think you can feel it in this Vlive. He almost never made eye contact with Tae, he pretends not to even notice his presence and doesn't let him touch his hand.
