Speaking of Taeyong, he did a Vlive not too long ago where he talked about how it's okay to give up, how it's okay not to live the life someone else wants you to live, and how it's okay just to be you because you can't change who you are. 

In the early days ofNCT's videos he's very aloof and clearly like it's trying to maintain a strong man image. I do think now is actually his more natural self. I remember in the earlier days Taeil saying that Taeyong on camera comes off as this strong man but irl he's very dainty and should he treated like a princess. I remember the quote because I thought Taeil's comment was kind of sexist. 

So I do think the image he has now is actually closer to his legit personality.

On Taeyong topic, he is probably one of the few NCT that I got exposed to (and apparently has a lot of popular ships). Nothing he has done scream homophobia to me. We have no ways to confirm 100% what s in his past so if people want to discuss his receipts here let them be

I have seen many consused things between each other, I know that they are bestfriends but there are some things that go beyond friendship imo.. and I am not talking about fanservice acts.

I don't think there's anything there but they have good chemistry nonetheless, both because they are same aged best friends and because (imo) neither is straight.

Heechul and Gunhee have always been accompanied in their trips by their friends, the ones that take their romantic pictures for them. Some Gunheechul third wheels have been Daruma, Sungmin Jo, Highlight's Jonghyun...

Most of them are recorded by their friends. The swimming pool videos, the norebang one, the one in the motorbike, the one where HC is dressed up as a schoolgirl,  the one where Heechul is giving a neck massage to GH in a plane, the video of Heechul dancing Excuse Me next to GH... my point is that being surrounded by friends isn't an argument against the possibility of their relationship bc in my opinion that way is easier to pass it as another friendship in the group. When Jokwon and thar U-Kiss guy got caught, his excuse was that he treats every friend he has like this, and that it's not possible that they were a couple because they were always with friends.

were... sometimes I get reminded that there are people who think that they are not together anymore... If they wanted to get people's attention away from them by reducing considerably the amount of public interactions they post, then they have achieved it... I think they're still together,  it would be the saddest thing if they're not... besides Heechul's sister would have stopped following Gunhee on Instagram and liking his posts or something like that idk...

If they were only joking then it's a little elaborated to buy two pair of matching shoes just to make a joke. Knowing how strong is the couple culture there. Gunheechul also had couple bracelets and a lot of matching clothes and items. And the 'only joking' sentence in the caption of the holding hands pic was edited later, after fans took it as a joke first and told him that it wasn't funny. It's like when English youtuber Phil made a San Valentin's video for Dan and it leaked and they stated in panic that it was a joke because their relationship wasn't public and Dan was far from being ready to come out. Things so romantic and deep like that just don't seem like a joke to me, and it must be really painful for them having to pass their true feelings as jokes.

At best they are friends with benefits (something common between best friends) sometimes and that's it. I don't see them as a couple.

Idk, I don't remember anything about Tae's inspiration to make Tata

All I know is that before BTS decided to make all the BT21 characters gender neutral, Tata already didn't have a "binary gender", like male or female

I dnt think that they are together, i dont think that any gay ""couple"" in kpop are dating for obvious reasons that we all know, so if the mess up with each other or not at some point, at the end, it remains platonic because they can't do more.

I feel bad for hoarding this thread, so my apology that I cannot respond anymore regarding this topic.  

That pair of shoes was worn by Donghae as well. To be honest, all of those couple items were not that deep. EH had a bunch of couple items with his band mates (DH, RW, LT....) and his non-celeb friends. 

I was not arguing that they cannot be a thing. My point was the same from the beginning - if we use that one couple item from one pic, and one trip as evidence of them dating, then by extension, we need to conclude the same for EH-DH, EH-Naejongseok, EH-KH, or even EH-Sungmin, EH-LDD. And I would say, there are a ton more of trips and hanging out between HJ and his other circle of friends, way before 2014. 

We cannot cherry picking the pic we want to see and ignore the rest. Otherwise it would just be shipping.

I hope I am not coming across as dismissing your opinion. For Gunhee, I was very sad when he moved away and If I am being honest, there are much less moments of them now - But whenever there is one, it is always golden. To be very least, I do believe they are still the very best childhood friend, whether or not they are ex, I have no idea.

Vmin have done tons of "interesting" stuff, but they're so firmly in BFF territory nobody thinks anything of it. Complete opposite of other ships where a smile or hug will send shippers into a frenzy. Some ships just don't appeal to the delulu demographic as much lol

I don't think anybody in BTS is dating mind you, they're just close. They have some cute moments though. My personal favourite was the club grinding & pick-up lines at the year end gayo. Or that time drunk Tae posted about kissing the Jimin doll on his bed lmao

Honestlyi I don't understood how you made such a connection? He drew this drawing at the end of the live while saying goodbye to the fans. Although he said it wasn't Tata, he obviously drew it Tata. The reason he said that, according to his explanation, this Tata was purple inside and means "I Purple You". That's why it wasn't the original Tata lol
