FYI, Onew was just asking what gender Jongyun wanted his child to be.  Jonghyun and Key are the ones who brought that issue to the table, which is interesting in itself.

 

Yes I should have been more specific.  I'm not sure what made Jonghyun say that he would marry a woman.  I mean, what straight guy says that?  Isn't that presumed?   Then I think Onew, who can be very funny, just ran with it and actually made a good joke about it.  Let's face it,  they have lived together for eight years,  I don't think you can hide your sexuality that long or that well.  They all know about each others secrets.  

 

Yeah, I think the whole thing really turned serious because of what Key said tbh. I agree that Onew obviously knows about Jjong and was teasing him about it, but it was in a way that could be brushed off easily. The fact that Key spoke up is interesting to me though, because I really have no idea /why/ he said that. I've seen speculation that it had to do with JongKey, but he could just have wanted to speak out about gay rights in a small way. I really don't know.

 

I never really followed JongKey, but it seems like it could have been a thing. So maybe. Key is very outspoken though so I also think it's possible that he really just wanted to speak up. 

 

And then yeah Jjong basically admits the whole thing with the "you guys all know" bit c': Honestly I'm surprised that this conversation isn't talked about more tbh because what he says seems pretty darn obvious.

 

 

I honestly could see most of this video as a joke, except that last part where Key says "you could have freedom of choice by then", then jonghyun says "you all know" (know what lmao?) Then Key says "thats why its unexpected" & the fact that they seemed serious about it

I'm surprised they went that far actually.

Jonghyun is being super straight these days on his radio show tho talking about girls and how men like this and that and how hes jealous of dudes that are married and have kids so idk. I believe he's bi anyways

I'm not sure why you guys would assume it's just a small company thing. Big companies have their pick of practically whoever they want, and there are so many talented young adults vying for those top spots within the company.

 

People from small companies and people in the lower spots of big companies may be more motivated to try to sleep their way into a good position outside of the company, but when it comes to rankings within the actual companies big companies are a lot more motivating than small ones, because the "top" of small companies is usually quite low in comparison. If you get to the top of a small company you get to debut, usually not much more in the way of perks. If you get to the top of a big company, people will practically throw songs and roles and ad campaigns and merch at you. It's a powerful place to be, and not many can be there.

 

I don't think most of them are forced into it, either. It's a decision you make yourself, even if you don't enjoy it. It's like making yourself write that 5 page book report the teacher asked you to do even though it sucks, because you want a good grade for the class 

 

I also think it doesn't really have anything to do with sexual orientation. It's a business transaction, not a hot date. You don't have to like dick to be able to suck one

 

Of course I'm sure it's a minority who do this kind of stuff, and plenty of idols make it to the top through sheer hard work and talent (and lots of luck), but there's definitely no denying it does happen... I mean to a lot of determined young adults, what's a BJ for a national ad campaign or a song from a hit producer? It's nothing, many would jump at the chance. also, on a semi-related note, do you think that idols sometimes "cover" for their friends in an attempt to make them seem more straight? Like choosing them as an ideal type, or to go on WGM, ect? I couldn't say if this instance was an example of that, but it made me think of the time that Amber chose Sehun as her ideal type or something, which I always thought was kind of funny.

I've always said this, but to me he seems like he was probably out before he went to Korea and is now back in for the sake of his career. Also just a vibe and no proof    

 

Sometimes I wonder if he will be on the closet for the rest of his life and go on to have a wife and kids since his main goal is to become a big action star and unfortunately I can't see it ever happening if he's out unless he hides it really well.

 

When it comes to him it's kinda tricky because at the same time I feel like he would be the type of person who's not ashamed of who he is, he also seems very focused on his job and would do whatever it takes to archive his dream and EXO's success even it means being unhappy and making huge sacrifices. 

 

I have to agree that I've always thought Tao was out before EXO as well? and I think he's the kind who will just make things work in his favor, to be honest. He's charming and knows how to work the system in a way that I think will let him both have his happiness and accomplish his dream. I think the kid's too much of a romantic at heart to not let himself fall in love, haha. that's just my take on him though. :3

 

(god I really hope he never has to go through a straight dating scandal, I don't think he would be able to take that tbh. plus bb is so transparent with his emotions that I don't think he'd even be able to fake it;;;;)

i always thought so too! and i really really hope sm doesn't put tao through a straight dating scandal. i personally think he might be able to avoid a dating scandal for now considering his rumour-filled past and how terribly unpopular he was when exo debuted. his fanbase is growing and it's not like he's even nearly as unpopular as he used to be, but strategically speaking i don't think it would be smart of sm to involve tao in a dating scandal. wgm would be an okay option though.

 

Yeah, I don't know if SM would risk a dating scandal for him tbh. If SM does another EXO scandal (whether or not it's real or a beard lol), I think it's in their best interests to go with someone with a more rational fanbase, like Chen, Suho, DO, or Xiumin, probably. Lay would work too but idk if they'd want to risk China Line at all. Luhan, Kai, Chanyeol, and Sehun would probably bring out the crazy fans like Baekhyun did...

 

but ye WGM for Tao probably, lmao, but I wouldn't be surprised if they took Sehun first tbh. (although if they continue the global edition Tao would be a good choice bc of his language skills, haha)

This was when people started paying attention to them (I already suspected their relationship at that time):

First Donghae posted this picture with the caption "보고싶다 ." (I miss you) And then Sehun answered with "I miss you" too (formally).

 

After those pictures I thought they were joking around, but then I started to find more suspicious things. They posted this picture on 140714, and every 14th is a "holiday" for couples in Korea. July 14th happens to be Silver Day:

"Silver Day: Couples can freely ask their friends to give them money to pay for a date! (I shall call this ‘free date day’!!) Couples exchange gifts made of silver, and announce their relationship to their friends."

"Silver rings are exchanged on this day between couples with plans of marriage in the near or distant future. Acting as promise rings, these silver gifts are often given before or after introducing each other to their parents. This significant day seems to be the ‘perfect'(and not at all unnatural) time for moving relationships to the next level."

 

A lot of people think that Donghae is dating because of his captions on his Instagram pictures. Why the hell would he post a couple picture with his dongsaeng on Silver Day if he were dating someone else?

 

Three days after that bohyunahn (Donghae's close friend) posted this on his Instagram:

And then bohyunahn randomly followed Sehun on Instagram. Sehun is the only EXO member he follows, he doesn't follow any other idols except for Donghae, Sehun and GD. Most of the people he follows are models or work with fashion in general. Here you can see his followers.

The fact that he posted "#HealingTime #GoodNews" and followed Sehun made me think of Silver Day and how couples announce their relationship to their friends.

I found all of this very suspicious and started to suspect them even more than before.

Plus, Sehun is not only doing this pose on his Instagram. He's doing it everywhere now.

 

Another thing:

Donghae's Instagram was hacked on 22/07. He made a new acc and his username was "dongdonglee1015". He got his original Instagram back but dongdonglee1015 still exists and is now a private acc.

I posted this here on the same day and a lot of people found it suspicious too:

Kai asked Sehun what does he usually call him and Sehun said what do I call you, I just call you (refusing to answer him lol) Sehun calls Lee DongHae as Dong Dong and then Sehun eventually said he calls Kai as "Kim Kai".

The thing is, he thought he would use this Instagram from now on and that he would never get his old account back, and then he names his new Instagram with the nickname Sehun calls him? Weird.

 

Also, first person Donghae followed on that Instagram was Sehun. And he asked help to Sehun first too (about his hacked IG), even though Donghae was in Japan with Eunhyuk and he could have asked him first.

 

 

 

Other things that I found suspicious:

One of EXO's managers liking their pictures from 140714:

 

JaeWon, SM's performance Director (who is very likely to be gay imo, or at least definitely supports gay rights) liking their picture together from 140720:

 

Donghae randomly putting the date on his picture with Sehun: "2014/07/21 Am4:32 with SH".

 

 

So, that's basically why I suspect them. 

About them being gay or bi, I suspect Donghae since forever, same with Sehun tbh.

I really don't think you should take on-stage fan service into consideration. I'm sure they like each other well enough but 90% of the reason idols do this is because they know it makes fans lose their shit.

 

I think there are aspects of on-stage interaction to consider? It's all about how you look at it. Of course a lot of stage interaction is fanservice but for example, most of these^ cases were from SMTown concerts. If they keep choosing each other to hang out with/do fanservice with, it at least shows that they're probably close friends. :3

Plot twist: luhan and tao are actually the one dating each other.

In my opinion, Donghae is heavily using sehun because suju is coming back soon. Or sehun and tao broke up, Sehun is going out with donghae.

 

I believe that idols dating life is far less complicated than we think I recall reading that idols all hate each other or are all fucking each other (like in any entertainment industry across the globe tbh). Their date are casual not the 'omg they are so in love' but 'ho he/she is cutrle, let's eat when we have time, text me, let's have sex? No? Yes? Ok bye, who's next?'

They simply don't have time for something more serious.

 

Someone who live in korea told me that tao is in fact bi and sehun gay. I don't know how legit it is but I don't think she's the type to lie...

Also I don't believe in the 'they got told to tone it down' it would make sense only if they engage in another ship out of nowhere because the other need popularity(it was xiumin case even if xiuhan existed since debut, maybe tao case for his popularity korea?).
