Hard not to be convinced they're sexually attracted to each other, yes. That's pretty obvious. But actually dating or in a relationship? Chances of that are pretty slim imo. But they're still fun to watch. I see them on the same level as Myungjong.

Hey guys ^^ So after nearly 3 months of lurking this thread, I finally decided to come out and say something hahaha.

 

I actually got invited here by someone who happened to read my TaoHun analysis? I was taekyungs on tumblr (now louhans) if you ever happened to see me around before~ I usually hang around the TaoHun / KaiSoo tags :P

 

But anyways, here's my opinion about EXO and SHINee (since I stan those two groups hehe)

Suho: Straight

Chanyeol: Straight

Lay: Straight

Chen: Straight 

Luhan: Confusing.. but probably straight

Xiumin: Straight

Kai: Heteroflexible

Baekhyun: Bisexual (or just really horny tbh XD)

Btw, do you guys think it's wrong to speculate about someone's sexuality? I recently posted an analysis about TaoHun's sexuality on tumblr and I got eaten alive by angry non-kpop fans OTL Personally I don't see anything wrong with it lol.. I just think it's a pretty interesting topic to talk about.

 

It's not any more wrong than speculating what girls they like, if they've ever had surgeries, what their real personalities is like, how close they are to other members, how their training days were, their childhood etc. Basically any discussion not relating to music is speculation and as long as it's done in a respectful manner, I don't see why it would be a problem. If people have an issue with it then they should stop discussing anything not music related or else they're just hypocrites. It's more of just people having a problem with the thought of their bias being gay than anything.

 

As for your list, in EXO I think all are straight except Tao and Sehun and I think Baek is a flirt that's not actually sexually interested in men and is comfortable with his sexuality enough to be playfully flirty with men but has shown that his real interest is in women. DO I think is straight tbh. He has shown no interest in men so I don't really get where people think he's gay other than his looks I guess. Xiuhan is a bromance, nothing more, nothing less. And imo, Taohun is the only legitimate chance of any EXO pairing being remotely true. All the others are just wishful thinking.

Like I said, I would be extremely shocked if Jaejoong felt any attraction to women. No matter how you look at him, it's just not there. I feel like anybody who honestly thinks he's bi or straight has to really want him to be (I know 'cause I used to think he was straight, silly little me lol).

 

I care nothing for Jae so I don't want him to be anything but I think he's most likely bisexual or pansexual. He just seem like a sexual being and doesn't seem to care much for the gender as long as he's attracted. I can see him being attracted to a woman as much as he would be attracted to a man. He just doesn't seem the type to limit himself imo

Almost everyone with a gaydar senses something with them and most agree that both are more likely to be gay than straight. Whatever it is they have though tends to be where alot of people vary in their opinions about them. And no it's not rude. There is nothing offensive about thinking someone is gay or being gay.

Kai and DO could have public sex tomorrow and I still won't believe they're anything but friends. Like I would bet my house that there is nothing going on, it's as obviously platonic as Hunhan to me. Idg that ship or why some are adamant about it and I don't think I ever will. But hey anything could happen I guess.

 

Maybe it's just me, but I think the likelihood of there being more members with bisexual or gay tendencies in a group (EXO) with prob two obvious gays already in it kinda seems small. I mean I know you have to look at each individual  and it's not impossible but statistically, even in music industry, it's still unlikely. I can maybe see one other member but people point out like half the group and that's just not probable.

I thought it was me when I made the horrible mistake of trying to explain to her in another thread how Sehun could have close but different bonds with both Kai and Tao bc apparently SeKai is the holy grail of all friendships and Sehun and Tao couldn't possibly share qualities that could tie them in a way different to other members, ya know, like.......their sexuality maybe. Nah, Tao is just interfering with the Almighty straight as an arrow SeKai and needs to buzz off back to Kris bc he's taking Sehun's precious time away from Kai and we can't be having that......the very lives of all EXO fans depend on it

IDK why. But believing that there would be no homosexual inclined person in a 6-15 person group is like believing that a box of assorted candies would only contain chocolates. Its fallacious and illogical.  

 

Oh for sure. Statistically, there is bound to be atleast one. But over half of them? Not likely

 

I do think sexuality is a spectrum though and most people aren't strictly homosexual or heterosexual so it's possible there may be more open minded members but still the chances of most of them on acting those inclinations or those inclinations being very prevalent is still slim imo.

Honestly, there is a small probability that all the members of a group could be straight (and that could be queer), but I prefer to go with it on an individual basis rather than a statistical one.  People aren't red and blue marbles in a bag.

Yea, I agree on the individual basis but I can't lie that the whole probability thing prob affects my thinking more than it should. But I try to keep an open mind on their sexuality since I know some people are way more observant and on the money on some things than I prob am. But I'm less open about the pairings being real. Alot of those are just a bit too much of a stretch for me to believe.

It's kinda funny because I actually didn't get much of any vibes from him in the beginning (when I only saw their MVs and performances), but then I saw him on shows and stuff and I was like holy shit *suddenly run over by a giant gay steam roller* lol

Objectively looking at him, he seems very gay. If he's not, then he's an incredibly good actor... but then why would anybody act super gay in such a conservative society? 

 

Exact same for me. I can understand if someone wasn't a fan and they didn't get any vibes from him but if you're a fan that actively follows them, I'd find it odd if he didn't ping you atleast a little bit.
