i saw some people discussing nomin the other day and im so sad i missed out so im bringing it up again sorry,,,

i think the whole 'jaemin treats jeno differently' is pretty accurate. jaemin is definitely more careful, more gentle with him compared to the other members of nct BUT he's not the only member to treat jeno differently, ten does it as well and i've seen hyuck do it too. my opinion is that something may have happened to jeno regarding his sexuality and family relationship. so, back in january (?) mtvasia did a profile for each member of nct and jeno made a point of saying he wasn't catholic anymore. this seemed odd to me because religion isn't something a lot of idols go screaming about and catholicism is known for being particularly hard on gays.

 

(i've also got an opinion on mark but i'll shut up for now)

 

in general, do you guys think there are any idols who turn down fanservice because they don't want their family to think they're gay? or idols who aren't out to their parents?

This is actually super sus and it could totally be possible. Jaemin does for sure treat Jeno differently, imo Jeno treats him quite a bit differently than anyone else too. If Jeno is gay then I'm not sure how many people know, I wouldn't be surprised if he did recently come out to his parents as you provided evidence for. I also wouldn't be surprised if he was out to Jaemin because of how close they are. If Ten is gay too ('if' lol, he's so obvious) he's probably out to most or quite a few people in nct, at least I wouldn't be surprised at all as he isn't subtle in the slightest lol. So, I could see why Jeno would be out to Ten too because going for comfort in fellow LGBTQ+ people is very normal, also just gravitating towards them too unknowingly, I can vouch. I think Jeno's reaction (getting so flustered) to Jaemin doing something super gay is probably a mixture of many different things. Possibly like what you said, guilt maybe and not wanting his parents to see, maybe it's simply just a gay panicking which is possible, or it could be fear of being outed, or it could also be because there are possibly some sort of feeling between him and Jaemin, I feel like it's most likely it's a mixture of many different things.

 

Also what's your opinion of Mark, I'm interested?

 

I think it's very likely that there are idols who aren't out to their parents, especially the younger ones. In fact, it's highly unlikely that there wouldn't be. They probably take a lot into account when interacting with other members in front of cameras, this included.

but aren't they just playing around ? There are a lot of time when he doesn't push them away or he is the one initiate it (It's rare, but it happens). He rarely push away Hyunjin

Of course they're just playing around and of course there are times when he doesn't push them away or he is the one to initiate it, I'm just talking about the times he does push them away and his reaction when he does so. This goes for any idol that ppl on this thread find sus, we're just looking at the most sus things they do/say while still accounting for their 'normal' behavior but not entirely focusing on that per say, if you know what I mean.

He was talking in general but also about them.

RM is not stupid, they give him the questions before they record the interview so he had time to think about the answer. He could have just said "when we don't have someone" or "when we don't date" but instead he chose to say "when we don't have girlfriend or boyfriend".

Furthermore Jin answered to "how do you guys deal with the girls?" "I don't have to think".

 

Interpret as you want, but as always one coincidence is just a coincidence, two coincidences are a clue.

If I remember correctly, the reporter also repeated what RM said ("when you don't have a boyfriend or girlfriend") and RM didn't 'correct' him or anything either. He obviously went out of his way to say that and in the context he said this it's clear that he was very casually alluding to the fact that not all of the members are straight. People are honestly ridiculous trying to play this off, fangirls will go so far to deny that their oppar's might not be straight. There is so much evidence as it is, if you even look at it all objectively you can't possibly deny it.

this is nothing much, i just thought it was interesting seeing as monsta x have had gay coded music videos before (all in, fighter, from zero and dramarama and possibly others that ive forgotten), perhaps we're gonna have another comeback like that. i wonder if they do these types of concepts bc its just a marketing scheme, or bc they're either accepting of the lgbt community and/or have an lgbt member. i think it's the latter tbh, i can't see them being forced into doing something like that (at least not without saying anything seeing as monsta x don't really filter much and have called out their company several times when they don't agree with them) and im pretty sure they've said accepting things about the community (as well as having evidence suggesting a few of them might not be straight).

do you have any receipts? I completely agree but haven't seen this before, I thought they kept fairly quiet?

Jinhwan isn't straight imo, I wouldn't be surprised if he and Junhoe had a FWB relationship with each other due to some of the stuff they said about each other in like 2016. Recently he also said that he has the members' nudes saved on his phone so that he can look at them whenever he wants, and Junhoe also made a joke saying that Jinhwan asked for Junhoe's nudes because "didn't you say you'll enjoy it yourself when you're alone?".

 

As for Hanbin, I'm like 99% convinced he has a crush on his best friend Jaewon (stage name One). There's actually a shit ton of evidence for that lmao. If you want any receipts I'll be happy to provide

I know this has been talked about before a little while back, but I want to bring up the topic again because I’ve done a sort of analysis thing on Stray Kid’s Minho and Jisung’s relationship. A few select moments they had were way too sus for me not to dig a bit deeper. I really hope I don’t come across as delulu lol but anyway analysis thing under the spoiler, warning it’s really long so.

 

Firstly, I want to address how Minho is almost always one of the main ’confident gays’ in the group and rarely backs down from those sorts of things (kissing members, intense eye contact, etc.) and with Jisung it’s no different, to an extent. Minho will initiate things with him just as with anyone else. He’ll go in for a kiss or ‘flirt’ with him, but as soon as Jisung is the one getting close to him or initiating things, he becomes panicked. For example, if their faces are too close together then Minho will pull away or do the classic “my hand is blocking our faces apart so you can’t do anything†thing: video @7:00-7:12, 8:45-9:10

The most sus thing about this imo is that Jisung is the one this happens the most with, and I don’t want to say for sure but, possibly the only one he panics around (that I know of). Take from that what you will, but it’s sus, to say the least.

This leads me to my next point, this infamous moment (video @ 6:20-6:37), this is what has been talked about before, but I can’t remember if the end bit was talked about. In the video at 6:35 Jisung stops in the middle of acting cute and makes an “Oh!†surprised sound while he looks down at Minho’s lips and back up at his eyes and then there’s a very abrupt cut. Honestly, I have no idea what happened there, I’d die to know what actually happened after that. Maybe Minho did something we couldn’t see because of the camera angle, or…? Any ideas? I’ve thought before that maybe Minho puckered his lips or something and Jisung was surprised or was going to tease him, but who knows, that’s really just a wild guess.

This has been talked about briefly as well, but I wanted to touch on it a bit more this time. The moment at 6:05-6:28 is so ridiculously sus. No one can deny that it was very obvious Minho was asking Jisung if he had feelings for him in a non-straight way. How it didn’t get edited out, I’ll never know. There’s always the possibility it was scripted, but I think Jisung looked a little too confused for it to be scripted, if it was scripted he would’ve had a ‘wittier’ response, if you know what I mean. It seemed like Minho brought it up fairly out of the blue (although editing makes it hard to tell), which is very odd in itself.

That leads me on to my next point, why did Minho ask that? Why did he bring it up at all? If Minho wanted to ask Jisung if he liked him in THAT way, why would he do it in front of a camera? Simply fanservice? Imo this was not fanservice at all, like I said before, if it was fanservice it probably would have been scripted and, again, I think Jisung was way too confused for that to be a possibility. Their reactions and how Minho awkwardly laughs after and tries to play it off by claiming he doesn’t know what he’s saying either is very telling. That’s a common thing to do in a situation where you regret saying something, you play it off as a slip of the tongue or a joke, something along those lines. If it was fanservice, I’m sure that wouldn’t have happened, the moment would’ve looked very different.

So if it’s not fanservice, going back to my previous point, why did Minho ask Jisung that on camera? The only thing I could think of is if Minho was serious about asking this, then he possibly could’ve asked Jisung on camera so he had the option of playing it off as fanservice, if he asked while it was just them, no cameras, he really wouldn’t be able to play that off, at least not well. Or it was simply just a spur of the moment thing, but with idols and moments like this, things are rarely ‘spurs of the moment,’ I find. Even then he’d probably had to at least thought about it before which says quite a bit about Minho himself I think.

In conclusion, I feel like there could be something between them, these moments are just so sus. Imo there’s a possibility that maybe Minho has a small one-sided crush on Jisung. When you add everything up it makes a little bit of sense tbh. I could be completely wrong though, who knows honestly. What do other people think about this? I’d love to hear other opinions, I really hope I don’t sound completely delulu lol. I don't ship them, I really just found their relationship very sus and had thought about all this before, so I thought I’d share and get opinions instead of keeping it to myself.

Oh, I've always thought Hyunjin was really straight? What is the reason(s) you think so, do you have any receipts? Changbin I could see being bi or maybe gay too tbh. Minho is gay imo. I think Jeongin is a bit sus but he's hard to read so who knows. I could also see Felix being bi tbh. Jisung imo is probably pretty straight as well, same goes for seungmin, woojin, and bang chan.

about hyunjin, other than saying that the 1-800 made him cry i also recall that there’s a video on youtube where he was kind of flirting with a fanboy who attented stray kids’ fansign. also the whole thing he has going on with got7’s jinyoung just seems like a big ass gay crush to me lol, he’s actually the only stray kids member i would bet is at least bi.

Did anyone watch Cheongdam Keychin with Chaejin and South Club's Taehyun?

 

It was extraordinarily awkward for the most part, they were all quite nervous around each other (which made me raise an eyebrow). 

I thought it was interesting how both Key and Taehyun seem to know of each other and how they spoke about it made me think they have been aware of each other or they probably move around in the same lgtbq circles and had wanted to meet for some time. 

At one point Key said something like â€I look for people that are like me and I knew you wereâ€.

Them fanboying over John Cameron Mitchell, the openly gay man/legend and creator of Hedwig and the angry Inch was so adorable. They both want to play Hedwig, Kibum even auditioned, and Taehyun has a tattoo of her.

I feel like there are more receipts pointing to him not having any interest in women. I don't think that one receipt is enough to say he likes women. If you look at burnt gucci's list on BTS, taehyung's receipts more so show that he might not like women, at least in my opinion.

 

For example:

• To add on from this point, he turned to look at BP’s Rose at an awards show then turned to Jimin and said “her dress is Gucciâ€

 

Of course these are just two receipts but overall I think there are more pointing towards him not liking women? That's just how I see it though, you are completely entitled to your opinions!

For stray kids I'm pretty sure Minho is gay and the others that other people mentioned, hyunjin and seungmin probably aren't straight, I also find felix sus but for most people he's hard to read. For the boyz, from what I've seen Kevin is gay and jacob I find sus, possibly gay, people also find younghoon, q, and new sus as well.

I completely agree. Personally, I find it sus that they only ever talk to each other in English (I think they once said 95% of the time they talk to each other in English) and they're really awkward when they talk to each other in Korean. Predebut they were super sus too imo. I think individually it says a lot about them, like you said.
