I think the ship/shipping problem comes from the observation of the interactions between idols. Those that are more mention worthy or people who seem compatible for whatever reason are then lumped together into a ship. I personally don't think it's neccessarily bad forthe name of the ships can act as a keyword (or keywords) for what was already discussed here. Best example could be how Myungsoo and Sungjong were talked about seperately then the focus shifted to the actions towards each other and now they are simply refered to as as Myungjong.

 

By the way what do the regulars here think of BAP? Especially now with their Badman promotion interview(s)?

Where does this stereotype of European guys touching each other even come from? I know it's not true for the country I live in. Guys usually don't touch each other at all, except for handshakes.

 

Teeh and I are from the same country and I agree with her. From my experience, guys rarely initiate anything skinship-like here and if someone does try to they are pretty much shunned by other guys.

This is probably nothing but I was just watching B.A.P.'s killing camp ep 2 and they were playing the cookie game. Youngjae totally freaked out while every one else was all chill about it and Youngguk says to him why are you freaking out it's just a game between guys it's normal lol.

I'm not using my westernized mind to interpret what that meant,but I understand what it means by that it just got me thinking that in the U.S. if you played that game and were all chill about it ppl would think you were gay and that it's normal for you to freak out about having a another guy's mouth holding a cookie so close to your lips.

In Korea like oh that's normal it's like if you freak out your weird but if you are into it like oh that's normal .

 

Or it could mean you're secure in your sexuality.
