Like you with Kaistal, I don't want to seem like the resident Kaisoo shipper. I really just think that Kaistal seems so fake? Also, why you were grossed out when you found out about Kaistal? (Genuinely curious.)

 

I think that this post pretty convincingly shows that those "new" Kaistal photos were taken around the time of the W Korea photoshoot. Seeing how the pictures crop out the rest of the screen, it's possible that Taemin is with them.

 

Essentially all ten of the top comments on the article you linked are more focused on the gross violation of privacy than on Kaistal. Which, I think, is something that should've been more evident to the employee who took the picture than people online. Surely there are rules against that? Surely SM could sue that cafe? It's only damaged Kai's reputation further, as far as I can tell. but not as much as being outed would

 

Basically, where's the Kaistal pic that doesn't look staged or wasn't taken from miles away or wasn't cropped to the size of a postage stamp? Where's the pic of them that's taken by fans, since they've been so careless as to go around in couple outfits, without masks, to places that they're known to visit?

 

But moving away from all that, it's kinda disappointing to me that a picture of two people of the opposite sex playing a game together is incontrovertible proof that they're dating. I feel like that's one of the most common assumptions that gets challenged in this thread, that any contact between two people of the opposite sex is automatically more than platonic. It's incredibly heteronormative... and just kinda gross.

 

And not to beat a dead horse, but as for the whole bearding thing, I think that this thread generally agrees that We Got Married is often used to "beard" idols. To me, there's no reason this can't be the same thing, except that there's no disclaimer that it's fake.

There is a post I saw that showed the Krystal had her hair like that of the cctv and was wearing a wristwatch like that in July (when this supposedly took place), it was during that Etude House concert thing, so that post is not really full-proof. Simply graying a picture is different than being in the light of a night vision cctv. K-fans have said that they have been dating prior to/during the W photoshoot. So if it was from last year then it doesn't really disprove them dating and it might actually fuel more hate from antis. Also how do we know if the pictures were cropped like you claim? If Kai's hair is really pink in those, then how do we know it was taken during the W photoshoot time? His hair was pink for months. We all have our own beliefs, but so far all of the arguments and conspiracy theories are not convincing me. maybe it's because I've seen many dating "scandals" of a similar pattern. Such as one or neither of the people wearing masks, little to no pictures before or after the reveal, being spotted on one date, supposedly looking at the camera, etc.

Ok so I recently saw an old gif of Kai when at a concert he was standing behind Kyungsoo, basically he pretended to push his finger in Kyungsoo´s ass and then air humped him. ​​I was like "wait what the actual fuck". Idk about you guys but this is a huge deal to me. The girl who uploaded them was getting her only source of income from YouTube and was actively trying to take down any reuploads across the internet just so she could get by. While it had suggestive content (nothing explicit but it was intense), it was still well done and deserved support. This is what comes up when you try to click on the link to one of her videos.

I think her videos had something around 1 mill each and were sparking up conversation amongst Koreans. It's so unfortunate that this woman's hard work at representing gay Korean relationships has virtually gone to waste because of YouTube's stupid strict policy.

I do not think they're together though. And honestly, again with the feminine-masculine analogy ? It's plain heteronormativity. If a gay man wanted someone just because they're feminine, he would go for a girl and then, would just be straight. Gay men are more often feminine than straight guys simply because they generally don't care about gender roles and attributions, while straight men tend to avoid it because it usually doesn't attract straight girls (fragile masculinity as its finest), simple as that. If Mingyu wanted a girl, I'm sure he could find one and wouldn't go for a feminine guy "by substitution" : that's not how sexuality works.

 

Idk if I am misunderstanding what you are trying to say, but if a gay man wanted someone because they are feminine, they would go for a feminine guy. You can be attracted to femininity/masculinity without being attracted to the opposite sex/same sex...

Obviously a PR couple.   Notice how all the "leaked" relationships ALWAYS involves a member highly suspected of being gay?  She's just his beard to deflect the persistent gay rumors.  Same with Baekhyun.   Why would SM allow this when you have crazy ass fans signing petitions because they're butthurt an idol is dating?  The answer is they don't, with the exception of male idols who get hounded by gossip.   SM is too big of a machine to overlook something like this.  You know they had like 20 board meetings to plan this out.   

 

Except Kai doesn't have gay rumors in Korea...neither does Baekhyun. So nah that conspiracy theory doesn't work. Key, Yunho, Heechul, etc. have pretty strong gay rumors, and yet no dating scandals.

I also thought it was all choreo but the way the dancer almost straddled his thigh or the way Kai put his hands around his waist came off as very intimate compared to the other members' interaction with their assigned dancer. Interesting indeed. Maybe Kai is a very touchy kind of friend but... Am I the only one to think it's a bit much given their ages?

 

That seems to be the case, at least imo. He's pretty touchy feely to the people he's really close to (Taemin, Moonkyu,etc), if you follow him. Not saying he can't be bi or gay or anything but yeah.
