Well I mean...Got7 are known for being...not exactly very professional (I have a couple iGot7 friends who keep up with all the gossip and fandom drama, and I'm amazed with some of the stuff surrounding them, like if they were a bigger group, they'd have so many scandals???). I didn't watch the video, so maybe the story is way out there, but if any group was going to do some stuff like that it'd be Got7, let's be real, and if any member specifically, it'd be Jackson. He screams fuckboy to me. Like a lot of the stuff you guys post in this thread as proof of him being gay screams hetero frat bro to me, ironically. Also holy crap those girls are hot.

 

I feel like I am always raining on everybody's Gay7 parade in this thread, though, because I think Jackson, BB, JB, Mark, and Youngjae are really heterosexual. I sometimes get vibes from YG and JR, but not many...

 

The girls definitely are hot, lmao. I suppose it's possible, and after the whole drama w/ Mark's friends we know they certainly keep some interesting company sometimes. It's just definitely hard to believe since the whole thing sounds exaggerated, even starting from the concert description (or at least the girls might have read more into some things than the boys intended)

 

I don't really know. It's likely the truth is somewhere in between. ;;

 

Also, I only really follow Jackson, and BB a little, so I can't really comment on all of GOT7. but the thing that is hard for me to understand is how genuinely supportive and outspoken about lgbt/gay things Jackson is? Like even if it's a joke, it's a "this is a joke bc we're friends" thing, and hardly ever feels like "this is a joke because it's gay." Maybe I don't know enough straight guys, but I've never seen that before. And there's times that things come up where it's hard for me to even imagine that thought occurring to a straight boy that fast (like the "can two guys go on we got married" thing) Basically, he's fascinating, and I'm really appreciative of everything he does, no matter what his sexuality is. (I've been thinking he might be bisexual for a while though!)

So, yesterday V-Live with NCT127 (with their 2 new members, Johnny and Doyoung). 

 

A fan requested Johnny to act cute and something interesting happened.

I think it's interesting because Doyoung acted like it's perfectly normal and didn't go like "pretend I'm his girlfriend" etc. Maybe it was just a Freudian slip, which makes it interesting in any case. Also, the others panicked quite a lot and Johnny was a bit taken aback.

I am not really into shipping because I don´t want to delude myself (like I did months ago with Chanbaek, I still cringe at myself) plus probably most of the couples people think are real are actually not but generally speaking what group ships seem so real to you that it makes you think they are dating? I mean what ships do you think might be real? Do you think couples like Baekyeon and Kaistal are real? I don´t really have anything against them and it seems real to me but sometimes I remember that insider post from 2012 that says how they are planned for the future. Anyways if those were actually fake it definetely isn´t to cover up Chanbaek and Kaisoo, I changed my mind over few months and decided not to make myself so delusional. Another thing, Tao confuses me so much. At some points I just think how he is super straight and all about girls, he did have a girlfriend in high school and when he was in LA but his behaviour while he was in EXO was not even close to straight? I´m not really sure about him.

 

I just wanted to pop in and say that Tao's "girlfriend in LA", at least to me, seemed like a cover for his songs being so blatantly about Sehun. Those were some pretty strong breakup feelings--through many songs--for a relationship that would have lasted only a few weeks in LA, lol. I mean, maybe I'm wrong, but I'm pretty convinced he and Sehun had a thing and the lyrics of a lot of his songs seemed to hint towards that.

 

Also, I don't know if you're following Tao as much since he left, but he's had many a gay moment since he left EXO. While watching him on Real Men I'm pretty sure he's got a bit of a crush on Sunyang, the Olympic swimmer lmao

Is it weird that I find them being at a Sauna suspicious? I know there are lots of saunas in Korea that many people go to, so it's a pretty normal thing. But then....there was that whole "gay Saunas" rumor thing about Korea. It is probably nothing, but the thought also added some more suspicion to the captions when I thought about possibilities.

 

Yeah, everyone goes to the sauna and it's super normal. So I personally don't read too much into it, but you're right, gay saunas are a thing, I've seen a few in Itaewon. I don't know much about them though.....

To summarize, he's still a baby, still figuring his life out and how he wants to present himself, but it's pretty likely that these selcas were taken to interest other men. Out of all the YH trainees Euiwoong is the one I'm almost positive is straight. He's had girlfriends in the past and if you follow him for a while it's a bit obvious. The rest of the trainees though...are somewhat questionable I agree

Quoting is hard on my phone but I agree, Jisung pings me. Guanlin doesn't ping me at all, but aside from Jihoon he even wrote that he really likes one of the Pentagon boys in his "likes" section on his profile... So there's potential there but nothing really convinces me yet. Also I don't know if him being awkward in troublemaker was about the gay or about Seonho, I think he could have also just been awkward bc he's such a new trainee and Seonho was so into it that the pressure was on haha

 

Daehwi of course is the gayest gay baby, but I don't follow Jinyoung or Jihoon at all oops. I want to keep an eye on Ongniel bc of their interactions, but neither of them pinged me much in the show. BUT I know the show was not the best thing to judge people by, because wow guys Minhyun is like a whole different person with nu'est??? Like he's actually constantly cuddly and soft and I'm?? wow. I don't know where I think he falls yet but I wouldn't assume straight so fast. (on that note, I saw a post from kfans about Sungwoon being really different in Hotshot, too)

 

I'd add JRen (Nu'est JR and Ren). Every member tried to sail their Ren ship, but Ren only really reciprocated with JR, and they were really suspicious when they were in Japan. They're toned down now, but also are the only two to share a room in the dorm, sooooo it's up in the air what the status is now.

I just started to get deep into Nu'est and BOY ARE THEY CONFUSING if anyone has any thoughts please share. JRen are definitely suspicious though, but there's a lot of other interesting ships too...

 

I think it's maybe partly because they're all just so legitimately close after all this time together, but I swear they're all in love with each other?? ahahaha
