My take on Taehyung and Bogum:

Taehyung and Bogum became friends in 2015, but they only took pics together at music shows and mentioned their friendship in interviews (usually about Tae wanting to be an actor and Bogum wanting to do music). They seemed to really start hanging out in 2016 (seen together at Bigbang's concert, for example) and they went to Jeju early 2017 (because Jungkook couldn't go). After the Song-song wedding announcement, as Tae started hanging out with the Wooga squad, they were seen together less and they stopped mentioning each other (in 2018 Bogum attended a BTS concert and filmed an ad with them, in 2019 they hung out a couple times and then nothing).

If you're friends with someone, you don't just fall into radio silence like that.I don't think it's 'naturally drifted apart from each other' means after celebrating a friend's birthday with a wine and then never being seen together again lol

Yes they did. They broke off their relationship abruptly after attending their actor friend's birthday together. They haven't said anything about or seen each other since June or July 2019. And this has nothing to do with Bogum's military service because Bogum enlisted about a year later.

Then let's agree to disagree. I think Tae would have mentioned him somehow if they still kept their friendship. Taehyung didn't say anything about him, neither before nor while he was in the army. That's more than three years. Tae had photoshopped and used Hyung Shik picture when he was in the military, and met with him a few times when he was on leave. However, he didn't do any of these for Bogum, considering that Bogum served in one of the toughest units, it's even more interesting that he didn't show any support for him. Of course, this is just speculation, maybe they met or talk, but no one knows. We'll know if Bogum tells it as a military memoir. So I guess we just have to wait.

It's interesting but I've seen fans ship more about Bogum and Lisa than TaexLisa. There was a lot of talk about Lisa making Bogum laugh or carrying his jacket after dinner.
