honestly, i'm not confident given woollim's quiet dismissal of scandals in the past. :/

 

most of my gay idols are in SM, so that's kinda 50/50, given their scandals kinda just blow up in their faces, but they have the money to keep it quiet until they feel it necessary to release it/let it be exposed.

Kind of yeah, kind of no. But I mean really out couple? I know there are a lot of couples that we think are together (and I firmly believe in them) but yeah, the facts about them aren't that srong bc of how Koreans are and they need to be careful with that. Here the situation is different bc his boyfriend is ''no one'', so I think that they aren't so careful about being couple.

Alright guys I'm not trying to freak out but I literally saw the gayest thing ever on ROMEO's V-app so let me explain. Around 28:50 if you see on the left, Minsung and Kangmin literally kiss on the lips (you can hear the sound too) as if it's completely normal.

 

Then a few seconds later at 29:00 Minsung has a panic face after reading the comments because the comment noticed that they kissed on camera. And then he and Kangmin quickly say not to misunderstand and clarify that they both like girls.

 

Usually idols kissing is fine if there's context like a pepero game but this had almost NOTHING to do with anything and obviously Minsung didn't realize that they were caught. Gosh I'm so done with these two omg please watch it.

after way overthinking and learning even more about BTS, i have new opinions on them. at first, i thought most of them were bi/gay but it just seemed like too much, even given the fact that the arts tend to have a larger amount of lgbt people. so i sat down and really thought about it again and this is where i stand now

 

Jin: straight. sure he likes pink and he cooks well, but that's about it for things that could possibly indicate gayness. he's just an awkward kid who isn't typically masculine. still straight though.

Rap Monster: straight. i've always thought this.

Jungkook: this kid is the straightest one in the whole group

 

Suga: pansexual with a preference for girls. i do honestly believe that Yoongi is pansexual and would be open to a relationship/falling in love with someone of any gender. however, i feel as though he mostly pictures/concentrates on/sees the future with a girl. if the right boy or someone of another gender came along though, he would be open to it, but he's not going to actively seek it.

Jimin: gay. he has always struck me as a gay boy. i have no real reason why.

Jhope: bi or gay. hoseok is tricky for me. his personality and many mannerisms scream gay to me but i feel that may be me going on stereotypes. i am certain he likes men to some capacity though, just not sure if it is exclusively men.

 

V: i have no clue. he's the one who i can't pin down. i am certain he had/has something going on with Bogum and he seems to enjoy male attention. but he seems like he could be into girls. however, he's kinda confident with them and that honestly strikes me as gay because maybe he has no interest in them so he has no reason to be worried. then there was the way he acted with Minjae on bromance. i just can't decide where this boy falls for me.

 

 

all of what i've said aside, i do believe that all of the boys, regardless of orientation, are strong LGBT allies.

its not dispatch but in 2 blind items on september 2015 and april 2016. dispatch did said about giving news on idol gay couple in 2013 but it never happen. my opinion about 5 years is actually the hint about the group itself is in their 5th year since debut, not about how long their relationship. Its because they said apparently has been dating for 5 years. the writer seems to be not sure on how long their relationship is, so they use word apparently for people to get confused. by saying 5 years in 2016, we can easily eliminate which group is in their 5th year at this time. since they also mentioning top level boygroup who is in around their 5 year, the scale is shrink to either exo, block b or infinite.

The last thing Heechul posted on insta of them two was when Gunhee cut his hair in September (i think it was Gunhee bc the post was tagged with his name??) so it wasnt too long ago but idk

 

 

^Just to add my two cents to the discussion above, I think it comes down to this: dating within a group may not always be sensible, but idols are human, and humans do risky things sometimes. 

 

Also, about Gunhee and Heechul: when Heechul remade his IG recently, Gunhee was the only one he was following, and they still comment on each other's photos (both of them have been working and traveling a lot, so they probably just haven't had much time to see each other lately). Hopefully they'll post something together again soon though. They're one of my fave couples. 

 

 

I mean people fall in love at work all the time. And people fall in love with their friends. And sometimes both like each other. but since this is kind of a special situation i'm sure sometimes they wont get together since group dynamics need to be considered etc. I think it's actually more safe to date someone from your own group since people won't question you hanging out with them all the time. Although sure it might be riskier regarding the continuation of the group.

 

Oh and. I wonder if Heechul and Gunhee are still together, they don't really take pictures together anymore. Or maybe they are just over that phase idk. 

 

 

OKAY, i am responding because i ADORE Gunhee and Heechul seperately and as a pair. yes, they haven't posted together alot recently, but I honestly think that that is due to Gunhee's job. he's been doing a lot more shows and a lot of hair stuff in Singapore. i believe that they still are together, but they are an industry couple. Heechul still has obligations as an idol and Gunhee is becoming a beauty celebrity/guru in his own right, apart from Heechul. this means that unfortunately they probably spend a lot of time apart. however, they have instagrammed on time evidence that they facetime, so it's probably a lot of that and cute texts and making the most of their time together. Also, i feel like when heechul first got out of the military, he was a HELL OF A LOT more obvious and outspoken about gunhee but now, it's been like 3 years and everybody that wants to know knows and if they don't wanna know, they keep claiming it as friends. they are 2 30something year old men who don't need to put their relationship all over social media. so when they spend time together, it's probably intimate times and special moments that they don't want to share with the world.

V's manager looks to be a bit on the older side, but Jimin's manager was actually mistaken for him once if i remember correctly. They could be cute together. We can't assume every person is a hidden relationship. V is just tactile in general and that may be why he's like he is with his manager.

i love Hansol a ridiculous amount.

i've always followed toppdogg very loosely and Hansol has always been my bias.

as he's come more into his own and become more outspoken over the years, my love has only grown.

 

i just worry about him alot though. he's way more obvious and outspoken then even people like Heechul and JoKwon and i wonder what it will mean in the future. korea isn't going to magically change in the next 6 years and i just wonder how he's going to roll with the hurdles he still has to jump by virture of his civic duties.
