I AM HERE FOR IT YES MA'AM! also, anyone else notice that when he raps that certain lyric about hong kong he sounds like nicki minaj, as in raising his voice to sound softer/sweeter? we all know nicki minaj is known to rap about fucking women (particularity the wives of her male opponents, though there is quite the debate about her sexuality seeing as she admitted that she would never date a woman. coming from a bisexual girl, i have met quite a many bi women who have said the same thing. a lot of them are closeted unless it's friday nights and they are ready for quick hook ups, that is) maybe he is channeling the maybe-bisexual hip hop kween + there is that line about being fucked from behind (idk if that is literal or...////??!) I only started noticing it last year during their Dark & Wild promotions, because he was pretty intense sometimes... He adores him though, that's for sure. And i'm pretty sure that J-Hope totally would go for it if Jimin's hand wasn't blocking his mouth in that gif lmao. Well this The Star interview came out recently (?), and I was curious whether he would answer the ideal type question as usual or not, and yup as expected the other members wrote things like "a girl who..." but again, he was the only one not mentioning anything about gender.What's the general opinion about him btw? I don't follow them though.... I can't help. Do we know if the translation changed something about their answers? Sometimes the gender (or lack of) doesn't match in Korean and English. Well, maybe. rainsound 137 Posted May 17, 2015 Share Posted May 17, 2015 As I've been following BTS for so long, Yoongi is obviously not interested in gender, if he likes someone he likes them, as long as they catch his eye, have a great music taste, passionate, do not wear converse lol Plus he was so into explaining his taste in men haha The majority here think he's Bi, I do too tbh, maybe even pan He's been pinging me since the Vhope kiss, and more in their Boy In Luv era (that BTS JJang interview though) The translations are on point, the thing is, while idols in general would use the term "girl" in korean to explain their type, Yoongi always gave vague answers, and never ever used girl, and always said someone the only time he was into it and was all detailed about it, was when he was asked about the type of guys he thinks is handsome, and he said things along the lines of I like men who are manly...ect ect, but of course noone batted an eye about it =.= Not to forget many things he has done, the reaction to the vhope kiss, the fact that he watched frozen flower, the anniversary question about which member he would date, his songs, especially Cypher 3, and over all the fact that he doesn't give a single fuck I have to add this though, how can you mention Yoongi without mentioning his legs "My legs are better than SNSD's" "Maybe this is why girls don't approche me, cause my legs are better than theirs" oh yoongi Agree with all of the above tbh. Even if he's asked about girls, he just briefly says whatever (like really I don't recall that he's ever talked about what kind of girls he likes? and in as much detail as his answer to what guys he finds handsome), and that's why it's kind of funny when he was asked this he seemed so into it and like you said, he could've just answered "I like Wonbin/guys with a manly feel" and stop it at that but he kept going. rainsound 137 Posted May 17, 2015 Share Posted May 17, 2015 Yoongi has never answered his type right off, except for once he was like, someone who is compatible with me or something along the lines however his answers to these questions all were written on magazins, and still have the same gender neutral answer also remember that moment in their anniversary, he was the MC of the "radio" "the question is really weird, if anything i'll just be dating a man", and he just so casually said it, no disgust, no making fun of it like most would just natural and it was absolutely cute, HE IS ALL OVER CUTE I'm like 99,9% sure he's bi (those lyrics in cypher pt. 3 kind of sealed the deal for me lol). There have just been too many "things" for me to think otherwise. He looks really nervous and shy around RapMon. I've noticed a few times that he sometimes acts a bit shy around rapmon, but just like you I don't see him as anything but straight. Rapmon has a lot of affection for Jimin though, and it's obvious he finds Jimin cute - I can't recall all the times he's called him that lol (I remember a moment from their Honey FM for their 1st year anniversary, where he was completely won over by Jimins cuteness when Jimin was giving the members the 'yellow card') It's mostly when Rapmon expresses it and calls Jimin cute that Jimin seems to get shy though, so I kind of just passed it off as him acting like that because of the attention. Like his whole demeanor, his mannerisms, idk his everything kind of screams it. Joshua is as obvious as it gets, too. Jeonghan kind of pings me every once in a while, but idk about him. Everybody else seems straight to me. (I feel like I may have posted this already but I can't quite remember) And just out of curiosity, why does everybody seem to think that S.Coups is gay? Finally someone said it Mingyu pings me so much I can't even believe it. Joshua pings me as well sometimes, but I've always dismissed it and didn't think anything of it.
