Hello!! Im new to this thread =) what do you guys think of Tao from EXO? I remember when I first saw him in a MV I thought he was so manly but then I saw him on an interview and he is the complete opposite. 

 

I also think Siwon  is gay I went to Suju´s concert in Argentina and he screams gay to me. Eunhae is the opposite,  they are both very flirty (especiallly Donghae) and they were ignoring eachother that day, maybe they had a fight or something...

I'll give my two cents on Eunhae being a gay man myself, neither one sets off my gaydar but then again, neither comes off as a lady killer. Which has always led me to think, why do they act the way they do? They seem to know how popular they are and they love to show off to the fans but it always seems more than just show. They don't act 'in love' like Yunjae but they definitely seem to be very fond of each other and being close with each other. If they aren't gay, it's the best fan service ever.

 

I think there is attraction between them, no doubt. I know they do a lot of fanservice and Eunhae is a business to them but If you pay attention to the way they stare at each other you can see there´s a lot of sexual tension there... My theory is that they are both bisexual and have/had something going on with eachother but nothing serious,  cause I dont think they are in a relationship or "in love" as their shippers seem to think and Im sure that in the end both will  marry women 

 

Heechul on the other hand is gay and is not afraid to show it, I love is relationship with Gunhee

Completely agree, I dont see baekhyun as gay at all. He is really flirty with girls and he acts weird around Chanyeol sometimes but I think their relationship is just platonic

tbh I think Tao is gay and he had feelings for Kris. The way he is acting right now is so suspicious. I know that the other members are sad but he is overreacing and acting like his lover abandoned him.. I dont think Kris is gay but maybe Tao had a crush on him or something  

 

Sehun and Tao´s relationship is weird and I could see Sehun as bi but I think they are just friends, I feel like a lot of EXO members are awkward around Tao (maybe because he is gay) and he sees in Sehun a protection and someone who accepts him

I had the same thought when I read his instagram/weibo posts. I've mentioned before here that I suspected Tao had a crush on Kris, but most people who replied seem to think it's just brotherly love. I personally think there may have been some romantic feelings involved though. For example, I know Tao is a naturally emotional and dramatic person, but the way he cried and screamed while singing various sad love songs (like MiD, Moonlight, Baby Don't Cry, etc.) after it was announced Kris was leaving EXO is a bit suspicious to me. It reminds me of Heechul's reaction to Hangeng leaving- when he cried in front of fans at their concert. 

 

Agree, I know he is an emotional person but he is so bitter about Kris leaving, its suspicious to say the least. I think he had feelings for him but I dont know if Kris felt the same way.

 

And you are right about Heechul, that image of him crying for Hangeng says a lot, specially a guy like Heechul who doesnt cry easily

As for Tao, I don't know Exo very well, but I can say he had at least a lot of admiration for Kris. I don't know if he saw him as a big brother who helped him since their pre-debut days, or if it was something more. Anyway, I would feel betrayed too, "crush" or not. And Tao is not someone very subtle, or someone who hides his feelings well, so I'm not really surprised.

I believe Sehun is gay too. They could be friends who understand and support each other (being the youngest of their group, and probably gay) or something more. I don't know if SM would let them go this far if they were together...

 

Thats why SM couples are so confusing to me. Some of them look real. but then when I think about it I wonder if SM would let them do all that fanservice if there was something else going on behind the scenes. Its too risky . What happens if they beak up in real life?? that could ruin the bussiness for them

I just happen to have access to gunhee's kakao story and see his private pics. he goes to Octagon club a lot. and I don't think he is gay after seeing those picture! he also posted pics of gunheechul, even his friends know about gunheechul! But I see it more like he made fun of it! posting those pictures to entertain himself and also his friends.. he seems proud when gunheechul made it to a newspaper. he shoed off his number of followers to his friend they love each other as bestfriends...sure.. but they are definitely not in love.. Do you think a company (let's say SM) can tell two members of a group to interact off camera? For example, do you think they could tell them to do "fanservice" for the fancams? Now that the SNS are everywhere, that fans can take photos and upload them immediately, don't you think that the companies could use that to promote a ship?

I dont think so, I know SM is controlling but forcing idols to be together off camera just for fanservice is too much. SM is really smart, they know how to pick their "couples". They probably pick the idols who are friends off cam to make it more believable for the fans

I disagree. I don't know, maybe I have a more open mind about this, but for me the most important thing is respect. 

The fact that someone respects "the difference" but still having another mindset it is enough.

I have heard and seen too much violence and discrimination to find that a simple "man-woman marriage" belief is homophobic.

I mean, I have encountered people like this and my friends are mostly gay/lesbian/bi and neither them don't find this kind of mindset homophobic.

tbh I dont think he said that about gay people. I pay attention to the way he acts and I cant imagine him judging someone just for being gay. He seems to be such a decent guy and so nice to everyone. But we will never know unless he speaks about it

I don't believe in this rumors as well   But it isn't impossible either, because of the fact that he is very religious and I tell you, every single religious person I have met (those who are more open minded) personally says this, so I don't know (but that doesn't mean they discriminate or are bad people). I just think we shouldn't put too much limits/boundaries or believing only in "bad or good", or only "white and black"..

SHINee: Junghyun is a darling but seen as bi, not only gay. Onew another favorite but seen as straight (and with a terrible taste), Kibum is seen as obviously gay and Taemin is seen more and more as gay as older as he gets.

 

SJ: Siwon, Sungmin, Ryewook, Heechul are all seen as gay, Kyuhyun,  Donghae and Eekhyun as bi (there is a discord about Donghae actually).

 

EXO: Kyungsoo, Tao, Sehun and Kai are taken as gay. Wu Fan was seen as definitely gay. There is talk on Minseok and Lu Han, but inconclusive as a whole. EXO is gay paradise for LGBT Koreans.

 

Infinite: Myungjong are seen as a couple and no one buys Myungsoo as bi or straight no matter how many scandals he may have.

I am uncomfortable with you being all "EunHae is fanservice". All ships have a bit fanservice, not just EunHae. Actually, EunHae seem to be very friendly with each other as usual. The only difference from their usual self is that they don't really post about it? They have been practising together, played in the dorm together with members or hanged out to play football and went out with some friend.. Their interactions from their last camera-time have been very cute and natural too. At this point you just seem to be accusing a real friendship of being just fanservice.

 

And EunHae shippers are also not all crazy folk. These people are often just ELF who like Donghae or Eunhyuk or both and like to ship them, while supporting Super Junior. They are actually my favourite part of fandom.. very hardworking and kind(or at least those whom I follow). And I must admit, I'm not fond of Donghae's fanservice with Sehun lately(it seems like a very forced creation of a ship), mainly, though, because ELF shipper fandom have been very calm for years and I never really saw any shipwars.. but now, I see many of my fellow EunHae shippers who supported Super Junior for a long time(those kind who supported EunHyuk through his scandal too) being harrassed on SNS by "not sure who" about Sehae ship, even though they react calmly, and I kinda hate Donghae for willingly exposing his fans to this, especially since he knows how many elf(and his own fans) love to ship EunHae.

 

And it is also not only EunHae shippers.. I have seen some comments from non-eunhae shippers too. Especially after a cute Suju event, ELF would expect Donghae to post some selca with a Suju member(and EXO were far away at that time) and Donghae posted an old selca with Sehun(with Tao maybe) instead. So I have seen comments from non-shippers asking Donghae to rather take a selca with a Suju member.. Idk, I think it is too much lately. I really hope he's not doing it to get attention of a younger EXO fandom. I'm not a delusional shipper and even though I love to ship EunHae I never considered either of them gay and same goes for SeHae. I just hope Donghae knows what is he doing.. The last thing Super Junior needs is a discouraged part of a fandom with their soonish comeback.

 

Well, Im sure Eunhae are good friends but I dont understand why their shippers get so jealous and insecure when Donghae interacts with other people. Ive noticed that their shippers are very possesive with Donghae and they want to control him, they are always telling him what to do and treating him like a kid. 

 

I completely disagree with you when you say that Eunhae shippers are the best part of the fandom, Im not an ELF but I love Donghae (he was my first kpop bias) and Im usually a very pattient person but those Eunhae shippers are annoying as fuck. Look at what happened today, Donghae´s instagram got hacked and Sehun was the first one to annunce it on his account. Agree, like I said I have no problem with shippers as long as they respect others. Sehun and Donghae are obviously very close so why are these Eunhae shippers so mad about it?? Well, this is like saying that all exo fans are all annoying people. Basically generalizing. There is tons of EunHae shippers and I very much doubt they all went to annoy Donghae on twitter/instagram. Those who did were just the crazy/jelaous/sensitive bunch. Even Kangin is being harrassed by ELF currently about some girl on his instagram and you can't just say that ELF are all a jelaous bunch of people because of it. 

 

I'm not jelaous of Sehae either, I just wish it didn't happen, because I hate shipwars and love peaceful fandom.. and EunHae ship used to be the best for it. Just look at this Donghae hacking incident..if this is the result of shipwar, then I'm honestly not surprised. I'm sure Donghae is good friends with Sehun, but what will he get out of showing it off so much in such manner? Especially with Sehun being in a million of EXO ships and Donghae with Hyuk. Everybody will say "aww, they are such good friends" or "aww, Donghae and Sehun-ah are dating", but a big part of both fandoms will not really enjoy it anyway, because they already have  their fav ships. 

 

I will always ship EunHae, because I ship chemistries, not the realness(romantical) of ships. If I wanted to ship real ships, I would just go with KhunFany, BaekYeon or something. I don't mind EunHae and SeHae ship coexisting at all, I'm just scared I will be mocked in some time by possibly new SeHae shippers or even by people like you in this thread.. who will say EunHae is fanservice at every opportunity they get(which is not true of course, only a part of EunHae ship is fanservice, just like all other friendships in Kpop) and I won't feel welcome anywhere by then. Then I can just quit and find a new hobby, because I feel too old for this..

 

I know you are just discussing about who is possibly gay in this thread, but your way of putting down EunHae ship doesn't seem nice and seems unneccessary. Especially if all your theories are just speculations as well.(and if I remember right, Baekhyun ships used to be popular here not long ago) You were even complaining about the possibility EunHae ship kicking up to promote their single. After reading lots of comments I got a little sad to know that most people here think EunHae is just fanservice and a SM´s marketing strategy.

 

I think people that say that just saw few things that they do on stage and obviously not pay attention to small details. 

 

I'll leave here some analysis and theories about them, written by some people. I hope I can change your opinion a bit, because there's nothing more perfect for hiding a relationship as a supposed fanservice. Most people will never suspect because they will always believe it's just fanservice and they can flirt and will still earn money with the ship. It's like killing two birds at once.

 

 

If it were me, I would do the same, especially in a country where homosexuality is not yet well accepted and it is one of the ways you have to date and be in the "approval" of the some people, although often such approval is false, because starting from the moment  that some idols reveal that they are gay I think most shippers will be the first to point the finger at them and insults them. EunHae doesn’t just do fanservice (also do because I think they enjoy seeing the fans screaming XD), but in my view they do a mix of fanservice and self-service because they have necessity of touching and provoke each other.

Its obvious they are good friends and maybe something happened between them because they have chemistry BUT Eunhae is a really good bussines for them and they do a lot of fanservice. Their interactions during shows and interviews dont mean much IMO because they do it for the fans most of the time.

Also, that thing about Donghae not being interested in girls is BS, he is shy around them but when he describes his ideal girl he is very specific (in fact I think he has a GF right now) and he also has a lot of friends who are girls in real life, so that means he interacts with girls off camera. I think Donghae acts innocent but he is in fact very smart and everything he does in front of the cameras is calculated. He has a lot of rumours with different girls and his relationship with Yoona was known by a lot of korean fans, I think it was real.

 

There´s also the IU/Eunyhuk thing, I mean its obvious they dated so he cheated on Donghae with her?? lol hard to believe

 

I believe Donghae is bisexual tbh because I could see him with a girl and also with a guy, I think he doesnt care about gender. His relationship with Sehun for example is very suspicious specially because they are in different groups and Donghae knows Eunhae shippers don like it. He could be doing it for attention or just trolling... we will never know, but Im conviced he is dating someone right now

I actually agree with Regina on some points. People on this thread should be more open minded about idols sexuality. Just because you think  an idol is gay it doesnt mean he really is.

 

Ive seen a lot of comments saying that Sehun has a gf or Tao and Baekhyun like women, etc and they always get downvotes for no reason.
