I kinda wish he had explained this outside of ch+ but he said during their caratland concert in seoul that he would be dieting just by exercising that he would be eating the same and not skipping meals or anything like that so he is doing it a healthy way carats don't need to worry >.<

I am not that updated with what they say on ch+, so I wasn't aware. His physical structure wasn't too effected (like his legs or arms), but it's more noticeable since he lost a lot on his face. Always good to know he's being healthy~

yeah lots of people don't know cause they don't have ch+ which is why I wish he had said it outside of it cause lots of people are worried cause they don't know the info I just told you it kinda bothers me when they say important stuff like that on ch+ cause when he just randomly starts dropping weight and people don't know why they are going to get concerned =3=
