Oh man! It has been ages since I last watched something Morning Musume related. You only like the medleys of the new Gen? Why not also the medleys of Morning Musume OG .. those were super fun to watch

Newer Gen stuff tends to be easier to find, and it's more relevant so I thought it'd be better to post, plus it's what I've been watching lately. I could post older stuff, but people wouldn't care as much and plus I'd have to search through 20 years of concerts :twitch:

I totally forgot that they are already existing since 1997 0u0plz.png time passes so quick!!

I think 2008-2009 concerts had some nice medleys .. don't really ermember anymore because 2009 was the year when I stopped (also mainly because my bias was "graduating") following them .. I only thought about "good" medleys .. not younger/newer = more relevant. unsure.png

hmm, the newer stuff tho is nice to see .. seeing that the newer gen are still performing some of the old songs .. however they look really really young and .. that's not so much my cup of tea. But keep stuff posted .. maybe this year I will be back into their music...

I know how you feel. I stopped following them around 2010/2011 and only really got back into them last year, I don't really know what sparked it. If you get back into them, I hope you like electro type music because that's basically the defining sound of Colorful Era 😅

Reina, Ai-chan, Sayumi, and Nono guested on the fall concert tour last year if that makes it any better

I heard some of the new songs .. and while I like some...I didn't like the other ones. Seriously .. It all sounds the same nowadays, back then it was so different. Each single did sound different..

Maybe I need to invest more time into them..but nowadays E-girls capitated me ... eventho I never bother to learn the names now..

Same .. after Sayumi left .. I had no familiar face there anymore and I never bothered to learn the new girls names..

Oh, I miss Eri aswell -_- same as I miss Rika, Yossi, Mari, Ai (Takahashi), Nono and Abe ... heck I miss even Aya (I know she wasn't in MM), Miki and Maki!!

I couldn't find medleys so here's some Platinum Era performances. Harder to find, buried under all the Colorful Era performances

 

This just made me sad knowing that Ai-chan doesn't really sing anymore warstarplz.png

 

omg .. I think I teared up a little right there (about Ai chan and seeing OG Morning Musume with Linlin&Junjun and even Eri) .. those really were some "golden" times...rlytearpls.png rlytearpls.png
