then that sucks, you'll have to talk about it and let him know that you feel excluded. it may not be intentional on his part, it's just easy to fall into the same routine when you've been friends with people for a long time. but he should make time to spend with you as well

Have a talk with them. Make sure they know this bothers you and be clear with what you would like them to do- ie. spend more time with you when they can. It is important for both of you to have lives and continue doing your hobbies and stuff you love. Your lives shouldn't revolve around each other every second. However, if you really aren't seeing them much and you feel they are putting you on the back burner, before freaking out, talk with them. Maybe they don't realize that they are doing it, or maybe you guys can compromise and arrive to a conclusion that is better for the both of you and your relationship <3
