lighterxx 12,204
you can say you use them under creative commons and give their names
Hentai 1,194
By fantaken you mean like the company uses your art right? I don't think there's any issue regarding that as long as what you use is yours.

mochichan 12,341
Unless the source is from stock photos that have creative common licence says on the pic allowing you to use freely, you always should have permissions of the photographer or always credit the original images you used. Artists don't fuck around with their credits so just do it to be safe
Haze 10,915
I'd advise against it, even if you were to provide the proper credit. Then again, if that's what your strongest work is comprised of I can't tell you not to.

indigo 16,433
Your use falls under fair use, but it might not fall under the standards of acidemic honesty at your school. If you can find the original URL the pictures were published on and cite that, you could probably use them.
~CinnamonBuns~ 2,259
You must ask the person who took the picture for permission to use them. After you get their permission, you then would comply with their terms and conditions for using the photos. This is to prevent a lot of legal things from happening. To be safe, if you can't get permission from the original poster. Don't do it. Edit- "This is for the business things." I know a famous artist who used legal action for selling a doll from their fanart despite some credit.
