Do you peel your fruit before eating?

Do you peel fruits like apples, pears, plums, nectarine, etc before eating? Lately I've eating them with the skin on since that's where most of the fiber is but I still prefer them peeled.

Generally I do. Not because I dislike the taste of peels or anything but because my parents tell me to. They said the peel absorbs pesticides or whatever so they said to not eat it.
