People need 100 days to be able to forget. I have been through 38 days and I am going through to 100 days.

and this 1st trimester is really not easy. Already stay on bed between my nausea in 4 weeks. 6 more weeks to go. Be patient me!

As long as you understand that you're not purposefully ignoring your true feelings about how you feel about certain things. You understand the importance of time; that you can't slow down or afford to become sad while it happens. Things will pass. You know best whether any words or actions directed to yourself should carry any meaning to them.

Difficult experiences are hard to swallow but necessary if you want to keep moving. You're fortunate and blessed to do what you want. Please realise that. Don't completely write off your efforts when the actions of a minority are visible. Just recognise them and understand they are probably people who you might never want to go out of your way to have to meet. Things will get better or worse, with or without them.

Progress is cumulative. Learn to become patient, confident and trusting in your decisions. Your objective shouldn't necessarily be to only do well but to work at your best. That's really all you can do. Please don't pressure yourself to meet standards you can't manage. Don't be discouraged and internalise results when they do not meet your expectations.
