I went with a Greek God AU and to make it slightly more original, I included profiles, I didn't realise the word count in the profiles would count until I made all 13 . To stick to the word count, I had to cut out 8 profiles and just destroy my ending. Since I have no use for them, I thought I'd share all 13 here so they don't go to waste. The word count limit was 3000 and they count the words in the pictures but I didn't know at first. So originally without the picture count my word count was 3000, including all 13 pictures it was well over 4000. I had to butcher my ending and delete 8 pictures so that my word count fit. omg i love this!! carats did so well im so proud ;; Thank you, that's so sweet. I wrote it back in December when we had zero submissions and before I could see what everyone else had produced, so the pressure was intense. Also, I was oddly pleased to see my bias combined with my favorite goddess. Dinotemis FTW. Also, also, does this mean that Joshua is the child of Seungkwan and The8? Sorry for all my "also"'s. I'm studying Ancient Greek, and I'm really invested in the mythology aspect of it, plus I'm a Carat. This is basically combining 2 things that I love. If you check out my story, Greek Gods are chosen from the human realm once every 3000 years, so Zeus was the first human chosen and The8 is currently the 15th human to control Zeus' domain, so no Josh is no one's love child. Dino just seemed perfect for Artemis. In my first draft Woozi was Hermes but I know how much he hates being seen as cute, he wants to be manly and he's tougher than he looks, so I thought the God of Revenge was perfect for him. Thanks, my ending was sooooo good but the word count meant I had to cut out a 1000 words. It's my fault, I got too ambitious, hopefully I'll place in the top 5 in Lyricist battle.
