I wanna say in their natural speaking voice, probably Namjoon. But, Taehyung has a wider range when it comes to his vocals, so I'm pretty sure he can sing at a deeper tone than Namjoon if he tried.

 

One way that helps me distinguish pitch is changing it. So like, if you listen to a bts song with a higher pitch that makes it easier for you ear to hear whose voices are lower. Like, this might not be the best example but here you can hear Namjoon's voice is deeper here compared to Taehyung's
