My gum around my growing wisdom tooth is in inflammed. Does it need to be removed?

I cannot eat without biting on the inflamed gum covering my wisdom tooth. Is this temporary? I just want to EAT without the fucking pain!!!

 

It really fucking sucks. My wisdom teeth have been growing for like a month or two and I never had problems till now.

Not to brag but I had great straight teeth without any braces ever needed, but ever since my wisdom teeth started growing I can actually feeling my teeth moving places. There are even gaps showing up between my bottom and top teeth when I close my mouth which had never happened before. And it's definitely going to do some more damage sooner or later. I am seriously contemplating about removing my wisdom teeth and getting braces.

In my case, as my tooth was coming out, it took a really long time. And sometimes the gums would get painful, cause the tooth just makes its way and tears it a bit. But it comes and goes in couple of days, didn't really hurt that much, but the area was pretty sensitive. Make sure you keep the area very clean.

you should get rid of wisdom teeth asap regardless since it can screw up your teeth forcing you to get braces which cost a fortune before you know it (one of my front teeth is slightly overlapping the other tooth)

ouch that means they're growing more up to you to get them removed if it doesnt go away you should

i have all my wisdom teeth still without needing them to get removed luckily

Not necessarily. It happened to me on Christmas Day this year (I couldn't eat and had difficulty to speak) and I went to an emergency dentist who gave me anti-inflammatory drug and told me it was absolutely normal. She told me if it got inflamed and infected too many times then maybe I should remove my teeth tho.

 

My advice : go see the dentist so he can give you smt to deal with the pain. Ask him what he thinks of it.

Yours are all growing in at the same time? Mine have been growing over the past 6 years and the last one is finally halfway out.
