shuuka, chiharu :rlytearpls:

My oshimen were Erina, Chiharu, Shuuka and Harumi. 3/4 of my oshimen are gone! If Harumi leaves I’m so done with this group and sticking with Happiness and the soon debut LDH girls. I feel like management didn’t do a good job in taking care of the girls needs, especially Erina and Chiharu. Shuuka’s situation is really unfortunate. I hope she heals in the future. And maybe decides to come back. If not it’s fine.

Ah this sound is good, found another treasure today

glad you like it.

I’d probably do the same. But I’ll occasionally Listen to them now. They had so much potential but they lost Erina and then Chiharu. Then Kyoka happened. Now it’s Shuuka. I hope no more members are leaving because this is just sad.

them as 9 felt really powerful with reina-chiharu-kyoka vocal line; i loved how they sounded together. Reina still does amazing but i kinda worry for her- i hope she doesn't strain her voice

but yeah i really hope they don't lose anymore members :x

I agree they really were perfect as 9. I’m anxious for Reina too with just her singing old songs. The parts weren’t made for her. And here I am lamenting their former members.

Aw man hit my right in the feels 😔 I miss OT9!! My #1 fav was chiharu and then kyoka and they both left and I really liked Shuuka and now she’s gone too. Hopefully, she gets better and decides to come back one day. Harumi became my fav after kyoka left. Seriously thou when kyoka left I feel like they should have added more members like they did with happiness. It was the best time. It’s not reina’s fault but I do feel reina has become flowers focus and I’m afraid of more people leaving. Ldh should have at least thought about adding another vocalist to balance the group.

Funny thing is SNSD is down to 5 members, like Flower. Idk but I feel like Flower has become Reina and Flower.

Cute attempt at shade but Reina has never done any project by herself unlike the other members.

There was/is no shade. Some of the most popular members like Shuuka and Erina are gone. With Chiharu and Reina it was great since they shared screens as singers along with the performers. But now since Reina is the only one who has a public revelance (maybe Harumi, maybe) she will get the most screen times and the others will have less. There's five members and just one singers. The focus will most likely will be on Reina and Harumi (who I've seen are the ones that gets the most screen time along with Shuuka when she was still in the group.)

K.........

LDH can always turn on another microphone.

I just don’t understand why people see the performers as incapable of having something to offer.

Less members = more screentime for everyone

I didn't say the performers in Flowers are incapable in offering something more. But, with the popularity issue I'm just going by how much screentime each member gets in terms of how popular they are. Sato Harumi, Shuuka Fuji, and Erina Mizuno were/is performers in Flowers and they all had about the same amount of screentime and gradually gained some more.

While some performers had screen times, its usually them in groups or their faces aren't totally showing to the camera. When Erina left, the rest of the group had more screens to share, but that also increased the amount of screens to the popular members also. I should say that the members don't get even screen time is what I'm saying. Yes, the others are doing things on their own, but its not enough because the face of Flower now is Reina.

When they were a whole group of nine up to seven, the popular members shared screen with the lesser popular members. It doesn't help that Reina is the center of the group also since she also has a large followers compared to the performers. With the current group, Harumi is the second most popular, but even then Reina will most likely have the most screen time.

If You watch their videos, you'd see what I'm talking about.

^If you look at 2:40 part. That's how the popularity of the girls go.

Performers don't sing. The dance line doesn't sing like they do in K-pop. Hell, I don't even know if they're actually trained to sing like the actual vocalists of the group are. If not, then "turning on another microphone" wouldn't be a good move at all.

Actually Erina could have been a vocalist as she knew how to sing

and kyoka was basically just a performer until taiyou to himawari even though she sang too. Also, in one of the egirls documentary Mio said she used to take singing and dance lessons before she joined Flower so I’m pretty sure she could have been a vocalist too. Not to mention, Shuuka ended up singing in shuukaren with Karen even thou she was just a performer. I’m pretty sure some of the performers in ldh know how to sing but they end up as performers instead. Some of the rampage performance members actually sing well according to the members at karaoke but they aren’t vocalist but they do want to try singing. I remember some of the egirls said they wanted to try doing vocals too. Risa from egirls did vocals too but she was just a performer for egirls as well. Ex member Mimu ended up forming her own group and is a vocalist now but she was a performer too in egirls.. Also, ishii Anna and Kaede sounded pretty good when singing dreams song. It’s a shame that ldh doesnt always give the performers a spot as vocalists when they have the potential to. I know not everyone sings great but they can at least give those with potential a chance at showing what they got. Over time they will improve.

Honestly, I feel like chiharu and kyoka left because Ldh was holding back on these members and they kinda gave them uneven line distribution. Erina probably felt like they were holding back on her skills too. It’s sad how they can manage the guys good but when it comes to the girls they really suck. I’m just hoping we can expect good management of EG fam and the new girl groups to come in the future.

Quick question: how long have you’ve been following E-Girls and LDH?

And yes they can simply just turn another microphone on.
