Azur 1,325
Soft ASMR, relaxing music Don't use your laptop or phone just before going to bed, read a book for example (ik everybody knows that but still it helps)
PurachinaDisuko 3,721
I usually play relaxing music (like delta waves) in my ear during thunderstorms because I can't sleep during those. Then I take this "passion flower" thing, that makes you calm down so you can go to sleep.

yeoksi_xo 844
try doing deep breathing exercises before sleep, it helps you relax if possible stay away from phone/computer screens at least 30 mins before if you're still very fidgety, can't fall asleep you could try natural supplement pills, they're sold at pharmacies without prescription and aren't harmful like sedatives also a dark and slightly cool environment helps, so if your room is too stuffy/warm it might help letting some fresh air in for a little before sleep
