Also the reason Suzy is being "dragged" is probably more amplified because it was Lee Youngae's return to TV screens after 14 years. She's a senior actress who is highly praised and portrays her roles well. I don't think Suzy did bad in WYWS, but some of the complaints are justified because people can have opinions.

So Suzy received continuous praise for 2 months straight just so in the end it can turn against her? I understand that the people mentioned deserved the award too but it isn't Suzy's fault they didn't get nominated? The poor girl couldn't even speak properly throughout the whole ceremony because she was scared. As for her award, I still think it is well deserved. She improved a lot in a short period of time and it is honestly saddening that people downplay her performance and call her award speech which she spent literally 5 minutes thanking the people she worked with and crying in the midst of it, 'uncomfortable'. her speech ,, I didn't expect to win this big award. Thank u to SBS, the viewers who loved WYWS ,,and the staff who had a hard time at the filming site, you all worked hard.

To be honest, whenever I'm at this position, whenever I win an award I still get scared Because I know very well that I still lack a lot..I think I still can't handle the weight of this position, I have a lot of ppl that I want to thank but I can't give speeches and can't thank every person I'm thankful to so I always end up giving a hasty speech and going back but I'll make sure to thank every person today.

The winner for Mon-Tues drama is Nam GoongMin if you want Um KiJoon win the Top excellent award you came to the wrong person because Suzy or Jongsuk didn't have anything to do with Defendant cast award
