Katy Perry's "Bigger Than Me" is plagiarized from a Polish singer-songwriter Ania Wyszkoni.

in 2009 Ania Wyszkoni who's a very well know and really successful singer in Poland released her 1st solo album entitled "Pan i Pani", One of the songs on that album is "Lampa i Sofa". This is the song that Perry has allegedly plagiarized and used on "Bigger Than Me".

As if that wasn't enough, Warsaw National Stadium wants to sue Katy Perry for the illegal use of pictures of the stadium in Perry's "Swish Swish" MV. 

 

The songs are literally the same. Ania better sue her ass and get her coins. Katy might as well just throw in the towel cause her career is pretty much over at this point

Its definitely not sampled. I don't know whether there will be a lawsuit or not. 

I think that the Warsaw National Stadium dropped their lawsuits against Perry for the unauthorized use of the images.

I don't really know what's happening on the music scene in PL since I don't live there anymore.
