I'm so tired. It seems like most have already forgotten about Jonghyun.

It has literally been less than 2 weeks since Jonghyun's incident happened, and I am already seeing unnecessary hate, bashing, and fanwars all over the internet again.

What happened to spreading kindness and making idols feel loved? Every single k-pop stan seemed to be preaching some sort of those words just a week ago.

I'm just so angry, I can't go onto any website or app without seeing unnecessary hate in the first 5 minutes. These people are degrading and trashing on idols for no reason but to feel better and validate themselves within their fandom, which is completely meaningless and unhealthy.

You never know what these idols could be going through because you don't know them personally. You never know if they could be reading the hateful comments you wrote about them, because this is the internet and once something is out there, it's accessible by everyone.

I know that it's inevitable that the Internet moves on... but it's just so soon...

So, I'm begging anyone who is willing to listen. Spread positivity. It's the least we can do.

I'm sorry, I just had to let that out... unsure.png

I knew that it wasn't going to last long. I've been campaigning for people in kpop to get along ever since I first entered Kpop many years ago. Nobody listened to me so I left them to their own devices. At the end of the day the only one you can control is you. If you continue being positive and bringing positive vibes then you will be doing your part and Jonghyun will be remembered. It's people like you that helps keeps memories of people alive.

The sad thing is I sorta figured out the some of the same kpop fans (the ones who were known for throwing hate) who were preaching about how people should be more nicer to idols were gonna go back to their bullshit of hate and trolling and it pissed me the hell off, because it seemed like they were just using serious issues like mental health and other things just for effing RTs and Likes.

Honestly it has gotten better on oh at least, I haven’t seen the really harsh bashes against idols like there were before change on a really wide scale is impossible but it isn’t getting better imo

Sadly most people will forget everything pretty soon, unless they were fans on him/Shinee in the first place, and it's very common but for good or bad losing people you care for is a common occurrence and something everyone has to go through.

So they might still be very immature but life itself would sort this eventually one way or the other and then it would be up to them if they want to mature or not.

I see no correlation between his suicide and fanwars?

Why would fanwars stop?

Because some users were acting innocent and talking about how they would watch their words from now on but now they're back on their bs again
