They cross the limit with the fans and seems like they're now demanding feedback

The biggest reason:
They omitted the leader Sowon's pictures in the diary of their season greetings


Originally they were supposed to put Sowon first, but made a mistake and put SinB twice
Is it because they don't know what the members look like...

They also dug their own grave with the pictures

I think the manufacturer that SouMu hired to make the merchandise is at fault here. But yes it's the management's fault for not properly doing QA and approved this merch in the first place.

oh, i had no idea. last year there were a few people sharing Mi.O's videos and saying things like "they sound good i can't wait for them to debut", talking about how they wear masks so no one knows what they look like so ppl can focus on their voices and not their visuals, and talking about gfriend's first hoobae group so i had no idea they had already debuted.
