The tragedy that happened this week got my thinking about life and how blessed and thankful I am for everything in my life

I am healthy, young, having a great and supporting family, student, giving my best in everything, trying to be a good person and living a good life, I'm not complaining at all

I am just sad that most of us are not aware of what they have until a tragedy like this happens and everyone starts thinking about his own life

I hope from today everyone will be thankful as much as possible for everything he has because it can be taken away in a second, so please enjoy every single second of it!

I am very sad for Jonghyun but I am sure that he is in a better place right now and nothing is hurting him anymore, he surely wants that we live our lives as much as possible and be thankful for everything

Its easy to say but hard to do when u have an long ongoing depression.. 

O/c there are things i am happy and thanksfull about, but also things which went extrem extrem wrong in my life. Which wasnt fair and was hard. I cant appreciating my live as i wished i could.

I agree OP, I have my problems but I'm really thankful for all the things I have in my life, there are people suffering so much and wish to have the same opportunities that I had. I want to enjoy my life the fullest from now on.

It's nice to see so many good posts here. Life is a never ending struggle indeed.

I feel sadden by Jonghyun's death.

When I read his final letter posted by his friend Nine, everything rings a bell because they are what I also felt before.

I have depression and anxiety for 7 years now, with several major breakdowns throughout the years.

I must say that when the breakdown happened, it did seem like nothing could make it better.

But it does get better. So hang in there.

My doctor tried hypnotherapy on me but failed.

That's when I realized that I hold the key to everything.

No one can help myself but me.
