Ok so first of all the given:

Average male height: 177cm

Average penis size: 8.8 cm

 

So this means that the penis is approximately 4.97% (3.s.f) the length of the male body 

 

Now

Average titan length: 8 metres 

Into cm: 800(cm)

 

So the average penis size of a titan would be: 

4.97% of 800

Which is: 39.76cm

39.76cm into inches would 15.65 in(2.s.f)

 

In conclusion hypothetically the average titan penis was found to be 15.65 inches to 2 significant figures
