A few sad thoughts about this

As I wrote in a separate thread we look up to idols often when they need someone to look at and after them. How many idols hae spoken about panic attacks and other similar experiences. They are showered with love and at the same time can be showered with hate and abuse. I hope this is a teachable moment to haters and abusers of other's feelings. The world can be a dark and scary place to have make your way through and we should all remember that there is always someone out there willing to help. People you know, your family, friends and figures of authority are there to aid you. If you don't have that safety net there are professionals who can aid you. Even if you don't feel your worth, others are likely to feel the hole left in their life.

 

So hug your family. Talk to your friends.
