Audio-K Do you sometimes feel like you heard a song/album at the wrong time?

I'm not talking about a song growing on you as you listen to it

sometimes when I hear a song I just completely block it out

like it does nothing for me at all or I'm just like meh 

 

I leave it for a few months or weeks and if I happen to hear it again

it completely clicks and I fall in love

This happened to me recently with 7 for 7 and Verse 2

 

At first both albums left me completely indifferent, especially the title tracks

but now I'm obsessed with them, especially this gem

Recently I finally saw the light and I'm enjoying Taemin's Move.

not with Kpop but with Hozier. I loved Take Me To Church so I listened to the rest of the album and thought meh. Gave it another shot sometime later and now it might be in my top 3 albums of all time

Yup! Sometimes I just don't feel 'ready' for a song. Even if people are raving about it, and it'll be in my recommended all the time, I'll just kind of pretend it doesn't exist. I'll click it eventually tho, when all of a sudden I'm in the mood to

The opposite also happens to me. I loved 7 for 7 at first but now I don't feel like listening to it. Probably because I listened to it too much but still

I know if I' sick or don't feel good I won't be able to give a fair assessment of anything so I tend to not listen to anything new if I' not in the mood but Verse 2 and  7 for 7, I loved right off the bat.

 

A lot of fans feel like Mad mini was the best for GOT7 but that was the worst era for me as a fan so I was scared I wasn't going to like their music anymore until Mad repackage and Departure came out.

It depends on the mood completely. Maybe I don't listen to Verse 2 for weeks and then I'm listening I don't wanna know and Icarus on repeat for days. 

Same for Firework, at first was on my least favorites of the album, but when I just want to chill, it's the perfect song.
